The staff was good. The hotel is right next to the downtown. The terrace view was great. Everything but the breakfast was amazing. I can surely recommend this place.

I didn't like the breakfast. That was too mainstream for the money I paid for the hotel, The coffee was Nescafe which I don't like at all. When I asked the restaurant lady for the coffee she said that was not Nescafe when it certainly was. I asked can I get a real coffee and she responded that it is paid for. Didn't like that at all.

Very helpful, nice and polite, young staff. Nice room overlooking the city, with huge bed. Very good located right in the city centre, on the main shopping street and within walking distance to the city must see places. Car park in front of the hotel (however, subject of availability, as there are only 8 places).

Super nice staff at the reception, dog friendly hotel. We were with small pomeranian and didn't feel any discomfort. Also from balcony u see amazing view, so better take room not at down floor. Plus is the big bathroom with bathtub (usually in Bulgaria u see shower)

At the breakfast staff didn't fill empty food tank in time, so you need to ask and wait.

The location, the view from the balcony, breakfast was rich and tasty, staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are not enough parking lots and you might have a problem finding a place to park your car.

Old hotel, needs some refurbishment. The rooms are correct but you can clearly see that everything is dated and needs refreshing.

We stayed in two rooms with panorama view and balcony. Really great landmark view. The price was fair for the rooms we had. The hotel is very clean, it is pet friendly and it has free parking. The restaurant has a small terrace with panorama view too, good food for lunch or dinner, not expensive.

The breakfast could be better, you must pay for a good coffee. The rooms are a bit dated, little renovation is needed. Extra charge for the pet (10 euro)

The view from our room was astonishing, and the location is just excellent! It is very good value for your money calculating all the pros and cons, so I definitely recommend it.

The rooms are pretty old, no curtain at the bathroom so basically every shower becomes a flood, and the cleanliness can be better. The breakfast is basically a joke, and the coffee is horrible. But hey, what would you expect for this price?

The has great location 10-12 minutes from the Fortress. Many restaurants and caffees nearby, friendly staff, clean rooms.

There are only several parking spaces in front of the hotel not nearly enough for the capacity of the hotel. I had to park 10 minutes away walking distance and carry the suitcases to the hotel. The breakfast was poor.
