Very good placement. Very good food at restaurant

We stayed there two times and we had a really good experience. The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are OK, clean and well equipped. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast has a decent variety of food options and good taste. Location is good, easy to reach and within a 5 minutes walk to the center. The parking spots are on the street, somehow reserved by the hotel, ask the receptionist if it seems there's no place available.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated, we had a bathroom with a shower curtain that was visibly old and the sink countertop was cracked. However, the bathroom is clean and well equipped.

The location is very good, close to city center, but away from trafic. The rooms are big and comfortable and so are the bathrooms. We had half board and the dinner at the restaurant was great each night. They have 4 menu options, one of them vegetarian. It works for 2-3 days, but if you have a longer stay, it might get difficult if you need variety in your menu.

The bathrooms need some refurbishment. In both rooms we had the toilet had issues. We had broken mirror and many broken tiles on the walls. The towels are good, but they look like they have been used for too long. The room wasn’t cleaned daily, they only came and cleared the trash bins, but not everyday. Despite that, the rooms feel very clean, the fact we don’t make mess helped for sure. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, considering the great reviews. I was expected higher quality on the food and more variety, but to be fair it’s an ok breakfast for a decent 3 star hotel.

The first thing you notice is that the staff is extremely sweet, helpful and there are lots of young people working there that really care about their job. I want to thank all of them for an amazing experience. The second thing is the location. It is 2 mins walking distance from VT center and it is so nice. The third thing is the rooms were clean and nicely equipped especially the super luxury double room we had. Breakfast was very nice and the Sky bar has great view. Last but not least, amazing restaraunt, delicious food and IMPRESSIVE children play room next to the restaraunt. My family loves this hotel and always comes back there.

There are some small details that were not perfect in the rooms that would not require much but will make a big difference in the experience. I would advice the hotel to make cleaning/filling the rooms more standardised so nothing is missed. For example, things were missing from our mini bar, there were no slippers in the super luxury room and there should be, the bath curtain was broken etc. If these things are fixed, it will be the best hotel in VT, no doubt. :)

The hotel is really close to the town centre and is on a walking distance to the Samovodska Charshia market. There are several restaurants and cafes on a very reasonable price nearby, or you can visit the restaurant of the hotel. The staff was really helpful and smiling. The room size was good for a solo traveller, and it was cleaned very well before checking in.

The room had several issues: -The A/C couldn't be switched to cold air, despite the hot temperature outside. -There was only one free socket for charger (the rest of the sockets were plugged by the TV and the minibar fridge), which was broken probably by some previous guests. -Not sure why, but this was the only room with a standard key and not a keycard, like the rest of the rooms. Finally, the breakfast doesn't have many options, and each day it was the same.

Staff was very polite. They did all possible to gain a parking space available. The hotel is new or recently renovated. The top view restaurant is awesome 😄 from Sky Bar!!! Wi-fi is very good quality and very good transfer rates over the internet, 50-80Mbps.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. There are some things that need special attention. The shower needs a longer hose. The window needs a new closing mechanism, it is not closing well. In the winter the cold will be noticed.

Big, comfortable room. Minibar, air-conditioned. Walking distance to city center, but in calm street. Anyway, taxi to Tzarevetz and other places is about 5 lv. Breakfast is good and served on a terrasse,from which you have nice views. Parking is free near the hotel.

Maintenance. The sink was broken, water faucet was loosened and turned freely. There was a water supply break, but it wasn't the hotel fault. The attached restaurant has very expensive prices, eat everywhere else.

Close to city center. The restaurant is serving very good food.

Not many parking spaces.

Great location, close to city center, yet in a quiet area. The room was large and comfortable, with a complementary bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Great restaurant downstairs and good breakfast in the skybar, with a nice view. We requested a parking space and we always had one available in front of the hotel. The ladies in the reception have been very helpful for every request we had.

We had a suite with an extandable sofa for the kids to sleep on. The mattress was quite uncomfortable for them, with waves.

The room is large and it was clean. We parked our car just in front of the hotel. Skybar has a nice view. Breakfast has good coffee and soda (sparking water)

Really dark red wallpaper on the walls and weird lighting. It doesn't have sockets near the bed for changing. We got a half of a roll of toilet paper
