The room was beautiful and complete with everything I needed. The actual room was what was advertised and it was great. The breakfast buffet and foods I chose from the Ala carte menu in the lobby restaurant were likewise delicious and well presented. The staff were exceptional as they were very friendly and accommodating.

The Convenience Store on the ground floor. The lady in the convenience store was not very friendly nor accommodating. The Convenience store itself was not complete and it was very hot inside (no air conditioning unit or it wasn't on every time I went there...around 2 times)

We have stayed in many 3 - 5 star hotels and have found that in most cases the 3 - 4 star hotels in Asian cities are often noisy from internal noise and outside street noise. This hotel was silent, which was wonderful for getting a good night sleep. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit and hot dishes available. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The property is centrally located, close to major shopping centers, and perfectly located for access to the various embassies. Of course, if you want to pay $3 - $400+ per night at a 5-star property like a Sheraton or similar, you'll get a better experience. If you're looking for excellent value for money without having to wish you'd paid the extra for a better property, then this property is for you.

The swimming pool is smaller than I would have liked but the rooftop area where the pool is located is large and is a good spot from which to view the city at night.

What a magnificent hotel! From the doorman, to the lobby staff, to the rooms, to the 360° rooftop...There is nothing I can fault. The hotel itself is immaculate. No detail is missed. Quality bathroom products, lush towels, robes, slippers and the bathroom fixtures.. WOW! The bed was super comfortable, crisp linen, fantastic views, mini bar, tea/coffee. Now to the staff. What a fantastic team! Hong greeted me at reception, and was so helpful. The staff make a hotel, and the staff here are happy, accommodating, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their most important guest. Thank you! The rooftop pool and relaxing zones are amazing. I wish I spent more time and took more photos. It was a 360° view. No seat is a bad seat. I was and am so impressed with this find. I'm an avid traveller, and this stay has been one of my favorites. I am looking forward to returning again later this year. Thank you!

Stuff helped me with bags, took care of bags when I was waiting for my car to leave , when I was reading the book in lobby the stuff brings me a bra so it was lovely from him, I never ask😊

I can’t watch TV because it’s for Chinese, no chance to change the language , phone in the room isn’t working

Stylish, modern and spacious room with a comfortable bed and amazing view of the city and the river. Great location near to Phnom Penh's busiest party street Bassac Lane, Independence Monument and Riverside. One of the best hotel included breakfasts I've ever had, with a very diverse and generous menu with Asian and Western choices. Helpful and welcoming staff who made our stay even the more pleasant. The pool area was a little deserted and the pool floor a little slippery, but other than that very refreshing and with a nice view of the city's skyscrapers from the rooftop.

The room was good, clean, quiet. Also liked the location and the rooftop view.

Nothing serious, but would be much better if breakfast was served later, like 8 to 11 or 9 to 12. The reason is that people are coming for vacation and it’s just not possible to be in the restaurant by 7 or even 9. Other all fine

Ocean Hotel is definitely a high quality hotel.The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and great views of the city. the bathroom is small but very nice with a great shower. the reception staff is very friendly and management is very eager to improve your stay. The rooftop pool and sky bar have great views of the city, a great place to relax. The included breakfast is great. I would recommend the Eggs Benedict or the Muesli.

The service staff at the restaurant are a bit slow.
