The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable. There was a large fridge and a small kitchen. The swimming pool on the roof was good, with lovely views over Phnom Penh. The hotel is very close to the Old Market (Phsar Chas) and only a short distance to The Tonle Sap riverfront. This was my second stay at Residence 110 and will definitely not be my last.

The price is quite low comparing to the quality. Well cleaned. The room is simple but enough.

It is not a fault of the hotel, but the building is old. So that I felt smell from the drain in bathroom and found many small insects in shower room. When I arrived at the reception, the first word from the staff was "Do you have a reservation?" without simle. If he said " Welcome" with smile as the first word, I could have different impression.

The room was large and comfortable with a small balcony at the back of the building with some interesting views. Unfortunately, it's one of the places where there is no electricity when you are out of the room. This includes the fridge. So, at the end of a long day, the room is hot and stuffy, ice cubes are at least half melted, and the fridge is warm. You won't get a cold drink while you wait half an hour or so for the room to start cooling down. It's located only a few minutes Tuk Tuk ride from many good bars and restaurants. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Unfortunately, their English was very basic and asking for advice or directions was almost impossible. Google translate had to be used to ask them to instruct a driver to take me to a Bank. It was at least 10 minutes before agreement was reached on where I wanted to go. Unfortunately, there is NO Skybar and restaurant, as was advertised. There IS a pool on the roof thought. It was lovely .

The pool was very nice as is the view of the city from the pool area. The room was reasonably clean. The location is in the Riverside area, which is a bustling and lively area. I was on the seventh floor, so it was high enough so avoid the noise of the street, which can get loud at night.

In terms of room size, the price is slightly higher for what you get, but that is to be expected due to the expenses from the pool and being in the Riverside district.

Noisy hallways often late at night when residents are returning from bars. Hallways echoed and amplified noise. Room doors poorly insulated from sound. I fixed the issue with a white noise app on my phone which worked well.

Bathroom was not very clean, some of the walls were dirty. No air conditioning in the gym.

Clean room, decent WiFi (important for me as I work remotely) swimming pool, kettle in the room+ coffee and tea

Not all rooms come with a table+chair even though it easily fits.

Due to us requiring a desk, the staff upgraded our room for free. They also let us stay in the room for the same rate when we needed to stay longer. The WiFi worked well and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to night market, river and Royal Palace.

The hotter you have the shower, the less pressure there is.

Stayed here for a month, without any complaints. Positives: -Quiet -Good location -Very comfortable bed - Friendly, helpful staff - Regular housekeeping - Nice rooftop pool Negatives: - Kitchen only has one hob/stove-top for cooking -Not a good selection of pots/pans, but you can buy these in the market for a few $$s - Gym is small and insufficient for me, but is not awful. Could say it's a bit expensive, but when you look at other hotels everyone charges more for kitchen/balcony/pool, but if you use the kitchen like I did then it pays for itself quickly. If you get a good deal, then this is good value-for-money compared to similar rooms in PP.

The room was generally nice and definitely showing some wear and tear. The view from the balcony was nice. All air-conditioning units worked well, but the inverter outside was a little noisy.

Didn't like the fact they offered no handsome fir sink side. Generally speaking, though, the overall condition of the building lacked that sparkle and shine one would expect from a facility such as this, but overall, the value for the discounted price was good. Beware, they are currently working on a new tower, and some construction noise definitely carries over
