Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

Our passports, cards, monry and my purse were stolen by a guy on a moto 20 meters from the hotel door.

Clean well-appointed rooms in central Phnom Penh. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. I've stayed here a few times and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Wifi speeds are a bit unpredictable. There is some construction work going on across the road. The street facing rooms with windows can be noisy at the moment.

nice hotel. has a cambodian-french atmosphere to it. lobby nice, staff helpful. had a water cooled air conditioned "fan" in the lobby! bed comfortable, room wood floors. for price excellent. walk 200m and in entertainment district, but far enough to rest/quiet.

no lift. not really a problem though, 20 steps and in room WiFi was good most of the time, then fair. has a slow measured speed.

Vacation Boutique Hotel is charming and quiet given that it's in one of the major centers of the city. The staff are polite, attentive and considerate. The rooms are clean, that goes for beddings, towels and bathrooms. The restaurant is not yet operating when I was there.

Be prepared to climb stairs as there are no elevators. Can the staff be provided with electric fan downstairs? It's humid for them at the reception area.

The staff are accommodating and can speak English. The room is very spacious. They clean thw room and replenish the amenities on a daily basis.

My only problem is the noise across the hotel which has a construction ongoing at night. My pro tip for you is to book a room without balcony and without facing the construction so somehow you can sleep peacefully.

The location is good, staff are very kind and the price is reasonable.

internet can be weak at times. generally I do tethering with my phone and I have no problems with connectivity, but if you are a multimedia worker, you won’t be able to get much done. but if you can survive with email and regular webpages it’s not a problem.

Everthing. This is a really good hotel, the rooms are big. I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony which was massive. The staff are great and friendly and the hotel is in a great location near to all the shops, markets and bars if thats what you like. Theres a great Tuk Tuk driver who parks outside. He's such a nice guy, showed me everywhere. made my stay there fantastic. Would recommend this hotel so relaxing here. :)

Nice location on 136 plenty of bars and food within walking distance, very friendly staff and great tuk tuk driver who we took many tours with.

I stayed for 6 nights but there was a construction site right opposite our room working 24 hours. On our return trip stayed for 4 nights and requested a room at the back of the hotel which was granted.

Good location close enough to the river but far enough away from the nightlife associated with the river. The staff were very kind and helpful, and it was very clean.

There is nothing particularly bad about the property, but there is no elevator, so if stairs are a problem for you you may want to consider or request a first floor ( which means second-floor )

Great location within walking distance of the museum, palace, bars, restaurants, convenience shops and the riverside. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. Daily drinking water in refillable bottles. Staff are friendly, helpful & cheerful.

WiFi is up and down... expect drop outs.
