This place exceeded expectations. The appartment was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The showers were lovely and warm. The receptions staff were frienldy and helpful. The appartment had all the mod cons incluidng a big fridage and a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and the AC wokred well. There was a large TV with netflix, youtube etc The infinity pool on the top floor was bigger than it looks on the website. The view of the city from the pool was spectacular.

Nothing really. There was a call to prayer on loudspeakers nearby at about 4am every morning but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Very spacious. And we were allowed to entertain guests. The staffs are very courteous, specially thw Cambodian Locals. Equipt with appliances that makes it feel like you are just home.

It may probably be because i am a bit old. But the music of the restobar upfront is really loud. Becuase the place is just new, the dust from the construction is kinda distinct. The lotions might probably be mixed up that when squeezed out of the bottle it seems inconsistent.

Breakfast was good, especially once we supplemented it with some supplies from one of the nearby supermarkets. The location was excellent with one caveat, crossing the bridge back into Phnom Penh was often VERY slow with traffic. We LOVED the pool table on level 22 and the rooftop pool was clean, cool and had amazing views.

I don't recall any negatives. The only nitpick I can think of was the lack of convenient power outlets in the co-working space... I had hoped I might be able to borrow an extension cord but reception was unable to help.

The Peninsula Phnom Penh is conveniently located. From the hotel to several important touristic sites, it takes only 10 minutes by car. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool and the sport room on the topfloor are wonderful. The staff is very helpful and warm. I would come back to the Peninsular Phnom Penh in my next trips.

Impeccable property, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, brand new. Superb pool and games facilities. The sunset from the pool was unmissable. Breakfast was served in the room and was delicious. Staff all super helpful

Absolutely everything about this lovely hotel is truly fabulous. The staff are amazing ... friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I want to especially mention Mr So Phearom, he was incredible and helped us so much. Ther rooms are SO lovely, beds SO comfortable. By the way, if you have a late flight, they have a games/ relaxation room you can hang around in while you wait for the time to go to the airport. This was very helpful for us because our plane didn't leave until midnight. Beautiful pool and bar area.

No negative comments about this place

The Peninsula Hotel and Residence is really a valuable place which meets all expectations for business or tourist purposes. The reception staff is very kind and helpful, they provided us the best service in organizing the "meeting corner" although we did not book the meeting room in advance. The rooms in the apartment are extremely comfortable and clean. The iron board might not be available in the room (as our case) but it will be delivered from the room service 5 minutes after your call! The Peninsula Hotel and Residence is located near the Wat Phnom (about 5 minutes by car), many local simple restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies...are in the next door. I strongly recommend the place.

The staff are incredibly helpful. The rooms are stunning. We booked a three-bedroom suite which had everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The pool and gym are top quality. The views are incredible being over a hundred meters high. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance due to the kitchens not being finalised yet. All juices with the breakfast are freshly squeezed. But be aware, the European options are terrible but the Asian breakfast dishes are excellent

Firstly I want to make it very clear that the Hotel is brand new. There is no restaurant or bar on the premises yet. They have been built and look fantastic, but will not be opening until @April 2023. So you will need to plan your lunch and evening meals accordingly

Beautiful apartment, great location

No iron, no microwave, no tea towels, no washing up supplies (it has a full kitchen), no towel rails in the bathrooms, no English language tv. Breakfast, included in the price, was provided by a stylish cafe next to the hotel. Extremely limited choices, and what was on offer was not particularly good. There were delicious breads and pastries and more breakfast choices for sale, expensive though.
