This is a hotel of significant historical interest in Siem Riep. Many artefacts of this history are displayed throughout the hotel. It has a distinctively colonial vibe with beautiful, well-maintained gardens. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. A special call out to the Concierge, Kamera, who went above and beyond with helpful tips and restaurant reservations. The onsite breakfast/dining is well serviced with Cambodian, Asian and Western options. The hotel is also very conveniently located to the famous Pub Street and local night markets as well as local shopping. Tuk-tuks are always available and can be organised by the hotel. Overall, a great experience!

For the time of year, we were worried about rain: there were lots of wonderful options within the resort, outside the room, which itself was super comfortable. Great location, convenient for the historical parks, town and even the airport. Gorgeous grounds: botanical gardens, the pool, the architecture, the decor, all beautifully maintained- Attentive, friendly & staff who take pride & pleasure in their work and were warm and welcoming. A strong sense of team.

We had great time at this amazing resort. A charming design that gives a feeling of vacation from every corner of the hotel. We stayed in an upgraded and luxurious room. The warm attitude from the hotel staff is simply wonderful. Treats galore. The property itself was most beautiful with lagoons, greenery and flowers everywhere. At every point one is provided with refreshing cold towels. The tour desk helped us to arrange our Angkor Wat day trip. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, suitable for every type of guest and their requirements. Mr. Sokha needs a special mention, as he was always there with a smiling face to make us feel comfortable. We loved the different stations and the food served every morning, from fresh fruits, juices, various kinds of milks, delicatessen etc. to the hot dishes, both local and international. We were celebrating our anniversary and the upgraded room with an amazing greenery view was most tranquil. Really appreciate the special attention like the flowers to the cake. The housekeeping and the room service staff were all excellent, making us feel very welcome.

Beautiful grounds and stylish reception area with a 'refined' air. Lovely pool.

Actually for what we paid the room was neither large or very oppulent and had no balcony. The slightly over-attentiveness of room staff can be annoying - who REALLY wants afresh lotus bloom delivered at 8.15 qam followed by 4 bananas at 8.30 sm? Our reserved inner table was given to another guest and they failed to serve the correct food order - they apologised but it showed a lack of REAL care for us as guests of any great value to them.

Hotel is great location and perfect facility. Stuff is very helpful and supportive on all matters. Always recommended for high quality and experience stay.

Only small remarks: - after staying 5 times in the last 24 months we were overcharged for late check up of 2 hours - immediately after check out wifi access for the kids was taken

The hotel is extremely Luxurious set in a huge space with Manicured garden and pools. You get up every day with the sounds of birds that's very relaxing. The location is 10 mins avow from all locations and costs USD 2 to reach Pub street. The room itself is extremely luxurious. Made and built for luxury.

Great location. Class property with great staff who were both warm and competent Greenery abundant. Breakfast was good and varied. Restaurants were nice. Club access was a blessing
