The managers and the staff are very kind and helpful with everything. Got me a sim card and early breakfast prepared at 4 AM in the morning so I had sth to take with me for an early sunrise temple tour. They were very friendly and I even got a free room upgrade. There is a small nice pool outside the hotel and the rooms are very big and the beds very comfortable. The surroundings are quiet.

Everything was fine :) nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel and the rooms are not very soundproof and the reception could have longer opening hours, you still find a staff member anytime around. So good for the money. Somehow this hotel is hatd to find for tuk tuk drivers, so as a tip, always open google maps before to lead them there ;)

I've been traveling in South East Asia for about 1.5 months now, and staying at Angkor Rithy Residence has been the best experience so far. The room was perfectly clean and spacious. The area is a little bit far from the fuss and buzz of the city center, but that's exactly why I booked this guesthouse in the first place. The host, David, and his family are always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. I also booked a 4-day tour around the Angkor Wat area with David. Enjoyed every second of it. The price is very reasonable even for a solo traveler, and I'd recommend doing the same to anyone. All in all, very happy with my stay and will definitely book again in the future!

There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

I've booked many hotels in my life. One or the other hotel exceeded my expectations, or not. I booked the hotel because the very good, attractive photos gave me a good feeling. The first look at the hotel met my expectations. Everything neat and clean. The pool clean and inviting. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Over the week, the contact even became friendly. The staff was very courteous, helpful and always there when I needed something. My room even exceeded my expectations. The bathroom with my own privat pool, the furnishings, the large comfortable bed everything was great and comfortable. From the owners to the TukTuk driver who could be booked anytime, the whole week felt like home. I loved the food, I recommend everyone to try the local cuisine. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for the friendliness of the owners and staff. I will definitely book again when I'm in Siem Reap.

We are the first foreign guests here. The owner Tee and Dani went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, from arranging tuk-tuk for the day, helping us with our daily itineraries, and even doing laundry. Tee also arranged the tuk-tuk driver, Mak, to be our personal tuk-tuk driver. Breakfast were wonderful, one day we got western breakfast and the next day we got Khmer breakfast. We also got a free upgrade. When we arrived, it was pouring rain, Tee took us to a local restaurant next door, ordered some food (all menu in Khmer) for us where we spent couple hours while waiting for the rain to stop. The location wasn't bad, a good 20 minutes walk to Pub Street, but if you don't fancy walking in 100% humidity, Tee can order you a tuk-tuk for $2 each way

David and his family were very kind, accomodating, and helpful. All of them can speak English fluently and this is very important to us to communicate with them effectively. The room is very spacious, clean and I love the size of the bed. If we want to go outside, they were the ones who booked our tuktuk so it is very convenient to us. Our bus is 12:30 in the morning and they allowed us to stay longer and even offered their shower to refreshed us after the day tour. Thank you so much! enjoyed our stay in your hotel! ❤️❤️❤️

Dany, the hotel owner, was incredibly helpful and kind, even offering competitive rates for visiting Ankor Wat daily with a private Tuk-Tuk driver. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. My bedroom was quiet, private, and the best was very comfortable. I also enjoyed swimming in the pool outside. Thank you!!

The only detractor from my stay was the the shower water did not get hot. Otherwise, I found a gem.

Angkor Rithy Residence it is a very nice and cozy family boutique hotel run very efficiently by Dany, a local Cambodian guy and his family. He has given me and my family the best attention, making us feel at home. He was waiting for us at 2 AM in the morning in the bus station and since that very first moment welcomed us very friendly. We rented scooters to visit the temples and gave us the best tips to take advantage of our trip in Siem Reap. The place has a nice swimming pool to splash a bit after the long day visiting temples. Our room was very big, and was very clean and comfortable. Value for money was excellent. If we go back to Siem Reap, definitely we will go back to Angkor Rithy Residence.
