The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable, the shower and tub were amazing, the room was clean (the tv remote volume button didnt work so that was a bit annoying but) the view from the backyard right onto the bow river was peaceful and lovely.

the parking for anyone in a regular size truck was not very good. the drive way is very narrow and the parking pad that should fit 3 vehicles will if you dont drive a truck.. very tight to get into and out of so if youre okay with parking on a very narrow street then sure. Also there was massive house construction going on next door which we were not notified of so the noise both from in our room and outside in the back was quite loud. Had I have known this information I may have chosen another time to stay at this location.

We had the entire lower lever suite to ourselves as nobody else was staying in the other rooms. The kitchen and den area was large and well equipped. We also had a private bathroom with a tub in our room. The suite was very clean and pleasantly decorated.

It takes a while (weeks) for the owner to respond to my messages on booking.com. I guess they don't check the app often. I would recommend contacting them another way.

All I can say about this place is WOW!! The location is beautiful and the interiors are exceptional with superb facilities. Everything is spotlessly clean. It is really a 5 star place to stay. I only wished we could have stayed longer.

If booked through Booking.com , check your junk email for messages. I missed my arrival package but this was very smoothly sorted out by the owners.

Amazing place to stay :) I highly recommend to anyone, especially couples needing a get away together. We stayed in the Royal King room and it did not disappoint. Very comfortable King size bed, shower and steam room combo was excellent. The jacuzzi tub was perfection, comfortably sitting 2 adults. The river views at the back of the property were beautiful day and night, so much fun enjoying all the nuances of this place inside and out. I would 100% go back for another stay.

There was food (milk) left in the fridge that was very out of date. Including the fruit pots were out of date since March. Would have liked the option to check out after 11. Tried calling Jess, no answer. Left a voicemail. No response. So that all didn’t work

Very cute and homey location with a great view of the river. We also loved the welcoming common area that made it feel much more like staying in a comfortable home. We slept well. Check in and out was contactless and smooth. It was nice to have a small in-room fridge.

The sliding door to the bathroom kept falling off the rail and trapping me in the bathroom if I didn't move it veeerrry slowly. If I had been alone it might have been hard to figure out how to get out. Also some drainage issues with the sink and tub.

Really loved the quaint location, the in-room spa bath, and steam shower. Room was very cozy, and having access to the stocked kitchenette, and array of games and books felt homey.

We got our welcome package late, and waited almost 40mins to get access after check-in time.

I had contacted staff in advance and asked for a romance add on, but it wasn’t done. It would have been free so this did not deter from my stay, but I was disappointed. Otherwise a great time!

This is a very nice bed and breakfast located conveniently for people needing to access the NW side of the city, but do not want to stay at the industrial/business area by Canada Olympic Park. The room was very decorative and inviting. Breakfast was included. The owners were very careful in taking good care with regard to COVID restrictions, though this meant the whole process was contactless (Ie: we did not meet the hosts at all)

I look forward to residing here when COVID restrictions are no longer so pervasive, as it would have been nice to meet the hosts. COVID restrictions also seem to have influenced the breakfast, which was very nicely provided but necessarily seemed like a pick-up meal (egg mc muffin or such). It would be nice to know what they do when COVID does not dictate contact.

The room was all I expected and more

Not the owners fault but a family arrived after we got to sleep and kids were yelling and screaming. Banging around. Not once did the parents say we need to be quit because there are other people staying in this facility. People with young kids need to prepare the kids on behavier before arriving .
