Location good and staff were very accommodating. We arrived two days late due to flight problems and my message did not reach the hotel so we were charged one night (fair) but remainder cancelled. However the manager worked to get us the same rate for the remaining days, Maintenance was also quite helpful as I'd asked if I could plug in my car.

No breakfast-inclusive options to left with Dennys onsite -which can be a bit pricey - or McDs/A&W etc nearby, But kettle/ microwave in rooms and decent free morning coffee in lobby,

the staff was extremely pleasant and kind. I liked how it was easy to leave the city to head out to the mountains, close to get to parks in the city, and to restaurants and gas stations. overall, the location is wonderful and will stay here again.

the pool area wasn’t clean. lots of hair and guck on the floor. Our room was comfortable, however, it was extremely humid in the room and I don’t think the AC was working properly. it made the nights a little difficult to sleep.

You're policy regarding CC's. Some of us do not use them anymore... and had i not had the business one with me, I was told my booking would be cancelled. That would have been very inconvenient since we had a long drive/day, with 3 under 4yrs in tow. This policy needs to be revised or at least allow some exceptions.

It was conveniently located off of the highway and generally comfortable.

The building is certainly dated. The lobby is gorgeous and recently renovated. It was clean other than some paper garbage missed in the ice bucket. Because it's dated, the room looks worse than it was. Hopefully the rooms are next to be renovated.

Convenient location for my family visit. Quiet, clean comfortable, right size rooms (1 with sofa bed) with 2 HVAC so only needed one ON overnight and kept sound level low. Updated bathroom fixtures.

Nothing to speak of. It met my needs.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the pool windows you can see a beautiful view of the '88 Olympic Park venue. The pool was a good temperature and kept clean. The hot tub was deep and this made the tall members of my family happy they didn't have to adjust themselves to be covered by the water.

The parking lot was a challenge when too many trucks/SUVS were there - it made backing out almost impossible sometimes.

The staff were excellent and incredibly attentive. The room was more than we expected and we had plenty of room for our family of 5! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the facilities were great!

The carpets in our room (319) were not very clean and were even sticky in many spots. We just kept our shoes on to avoid the discomfort.

Location was perfect for my needs. The room was beyond what I was expecting. I'd definitely love to stay here again. Room service was good.

That the wifi said it wasn't secure. Maybe that's how it is at all hotels. I'm not sure. Maybe I didn't do something right. It wouldn't let me put in the password.

It was a great price and in an area that was close to where we needed to be.

We booked the hotel mostly because it had a swimming pool so our kids had something to do in the evening but the pool ended up being closed the whole time we were there which was super disappointing.

The hotel was well located for our needs and easy to access. Bed was comfortable, the room was quiet.

Front desk staff weren't overly friendly or welcoming but the cleaning staff all were cheerful.
