Breakfast was good. The rooms were good sized with the little kitchens. The beds were comfy. The view of the pond across the field was nice too. We walked over to the pond and it was a nice relaxing walk.

The pool was a little disappointing. It was on the bottom floor and had dirt or grit on the bottom. Also would have liked to spend time in a hot tub or sauna but there was no hot tub and the sauna was out of order.

The location was great .

The bed was lumpy the box spring was clearly broken . The pool kinda look like a murder room dungy and the pool looked dirty because the bottom has a texture that if you scrapped your foot on it it would probably draw blood . Two ceiling tiles were out of place,the ceiling looked bet up it was just grudgy. But the rest of the place was great.

Exceptionally friendly staff and better-than-expected breakfasts. A couple of fast-food restaurants nearby and a school playground within a walking distance (10 minutes or so). Most importantly for us, it was a 17-minute drive to Calaway.

I would expect a friendlier price for the star level the hotel is positioning itself, but it could be because of the Stampede. Or maybe I should get used to the post-covid price reality ))

Breakfast was great, good variety of items. The breakfast room is small and temp was hot. The lady (staff) working the breakfast room was amazing. She was working hard and super friendly. When we checked into the hotel, Claus (front desk) was super. Hotel is older, rooms are outdated but it was really clean. We loved the hardwood floors in the room, so much more sanitary. Room was spotless. Liked the lotions etc. in the bathroom!

Beds need refreshing; new pillows, mattresses.

We loved that there was welcome slushies. That it was bright and clean when we came in. That the gentleman that greeted us was friendly and pleasant. That it felt welcoming. Our room was very nicely decorated the bed was comfortable we like the extra touches like the embossed toilet paper. The towels that were fanned in a pretty design. The breakfast the next morning was well organized which is very important there is somebody filling, cleaning up, paying attention. Also parking was included.

The pool was in disrepair the lining is being pulled down and is dirty. In our room the chair showed visible signs of dirt on the arms and there was dirt spots on the carpet. The sink was backing up.

We stayed for two nights and everything was great! The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly. It is located close to all amenities and has a walking trail close by. There is a little pond behind the building with benches so you can enjoy the sunset. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved that it was right on a beautiful park. Travelled with our son and his spouse and they're two big dogs. Walking distance to Boston Pizza. Staff was super friendly.

Our rooms were clean but all the counters, TV stand, were super dusty. The breakfast area was very warm and super crowded the way it's layed out. Especially in the area where you get your food. People lined up to make a waffle take up the whole space. U shaped so can't be helped.

Staff are accomodating, good value for your money, hot breakfast everyday, pet friendly hotel with a little outside area for dogs to walk.

Hotel can use some update. Limited housekeeping, they dont clean everyday, even to take your garbage out. Carpets can use a deep clean but maybe because we were on a pet room. Pet owners dont look after their pet's poop

Good breakfast with lots of variety

Had trouble turning off A/C. Perhaps explain that hoping down Mode will allow you to move a/C or heat to off. Put the explanation on wall next to electronic controls. I assumed mode was to switch between heat and cool. Did finally figure it out after the a/C kept cycling on/off all night alternately chilling the room and heating it up ( it was hot outside).

The front desk staff were incredible, I checked in around 12 that day and was greeted warmly and accommodated all my asks. Would go back just for the positive experience, the breakfast room staff were lovely, the room 'care' service timely it was lovely.
