Clean room was very clean. Awesome swim pool.and slide. The sauna, great place to relax. The breakfast was very good, food was hot and staff very friendly. The mixed berry juice the managers makes was very unique, I liked that juice a lot. The shampoo and soap smells great, very special I really liked it. Message was very quick to reply.

The walk in shower, the way it is set up, got the floor wet after shower. The lack of USB ports for devices meant I have to bring my own charger, good thing I messaged this and was answered quick. The washroom sink was slow to drain but okay still.

10/10 recommend. The staff were amazing from check in, to check out. We got a room initially the AC was not working and was incredibly hot. The front desk staff were friendly and immediately moved us to a different room. The pool was great, our kids enjoyed it and kept telling us they wanted to come back. The pool area, rooms, lobby, etc were all clean and kept in good condition!

The only thing I have to say that could have been better was the breakfast. I wouldn't let it effect whether or not you choose this hotel though as the food itself wasn't bad just not as much choice as other hotels. 1. There was no fruit and wasn't a whole lot of options for healthier and very big on meat and carbohydrates. It was just eggs, hash browns, pancakes, ham, sausage. There was also only 2 options for drinks. Orange juice and coffee. 2. Some things were a bit cold as what they kept their food in didn't seem to be heated. Other than that though, great hotel and will definitely be coming back!!

Breakfast was at Montanas. Breakfast is not a Montanas thing. Not excellent but not horrible either. We went out for breakfast.

Every thing was fine. We love staying at your hotel. We love the pool and hot tub area. The room we stayed in this time (127) was excellent, very quiet and away from the pool noise, but close enough it was only a short walk to the pool. We traveled to Edmonton in a group of 10, some children. The location was great, in that it was 10 minutes to the airport and shuttle service available. My group loved the swimming pool, the quality of the beds, and the availability of yummy food at Montana's Restaurant. There were some essentials shopping nearby, easy access to highways, car rentals and alternate forms of eating. All the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with special requests. I also liked that the Coast Hotel places regular sized cosmetics in the rooms. Much better for the environment, by not using the "sample" sizes. Such a waste!

The rooms were a little "tired". They need a bit of a makeover. There were no movie offerings on the TV .

we liked that it had a new pool & hot tub and that our room was well appointed & no carpeting making it very nice for a pet-friendly room

Unfortunately, we did not have a microwave in our room & we’re staying g over Christmas- although there was a “community” microwave - it was just not convenient. Also, where we were located was horribly noisy - the flooring echoed and kids running and the proximity of the pool made mornings very disruptive

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Nice that they have big bottles for shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use. The waterside was fun and pool, hot tub were nice, it can get really busy. Breakfast at Montanas was excellent and had everything. There's a pub on site and also Montanas. Lots of parking.

My parents room smelt of very strong cigarette smoke.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. I love having a pool. Breakfast was quite good. It is great to get the shuttle to the airport.

breakfast lacked fruit, which seemed to go with the lack of vegetables in my evening meal at the same restaurant. Someone had damaged the top of the bathroom vanity which would be hard to fill in, no blame to the hotel.

The woman in charge of the breakfast was dealing with the new staff right in front of guests out loud. We felt she should have put her aside and deal with her issues. When we went for late lunch at Montanas on the bar side there was a big woman sitting in the dark corner of the room. We noticed it was the same woman we saw when we went to the Den for lunch previous day. When i looked that way again she was now totally covered in her coat and appeared to be very tired and hung over like she never slept. We thought it was out of character to see someone like that at a resturant like Montanas. Makes you wonder what she does for living zs at the Den she was moving around the room just texting on the phones constantly. She didn't look appeared to be working or a paying customer.

Answered phone and questions we had promptly. Room ready, quiet hotel.

Came in very late and got behind someone who did not have a reservation or booking number. It took forever. We were told another colleague was coming to help us but they didn't. Lots of conversation about what he should have done, phone calls to see if he could stay and slowly figured out he could stay. Clerk could have just quickly typed rather than repeatedly explain what he should do next time!

This hotel is exceptional, clean, looks like new, pool is awesome, free breakfast is superb and the staff is very accommodating.

1st. There is no signage name on the hotel building itself. Hard to distinguish if you arrive on location. 2nd. Me and my wife can't sleep due to the noise above us. It is sound of water dipping. The ceiling is not wet so we assume that the water dip is from the shower, sink or snow that is melting on the roof that causes this tik tak tik tak noise every 10 or 30 seconds. Like what I said, staff is very accommodating My wife went to the front desk to tell our situation. They gave us different room immediately and apologize for the inconvenience.
