The rooms were comfortable. We found the building very hot, so we were happy to be able to cool down our room at night so it was comfortable enough to sleep and use the constant fan as white noise. It helped cut down the “hallway” noise considerably so we found our room quiet. The staff were all fantastic and very accommodating.

The only downfall this trip was the pool was unexpectedly closed, which was our main purpose of booking this hotel. But we were very appreciative of the staff calling us ahead of time before our trip to advise us, as well as give us the option of using the pool next door.

Breakfast day 1-Hashbrowns, cheese omelets, and sausages plus a variety of cereals, muffins, juice, and cinnamon buns. Excellent breakfast Breakfast day 2- Scrambled eggs, sausages, plus a variety of cereals, muffins, juice, and cinnamon buns. Definitely subpar compared to day 1, The eggs were scorched, and very overcooked. Beds- Super comfortable Staff- AMAZING! Can't remember her name but she has 4 children. She made it feel like home! Very welcoming! We decided to stay for day 2, and another lady that worked the front desk made our transition to another room very easy! We had left our daughter's water bottle in our first room and housekeeping knocked on our door and brought it to us :-) Room- Very nice, and clean Pool- Nice and warm, and my kids definitely enjoyed the water slide Price- You will not beat the value of this hotel with all the perks it has to offer.

The pool was a very nice temperature, but could definitely use a deep clean.

The room had a big, very comfortable bed and next to that enough space to do the polka in. Fine shower. Everything is clean. There is coffee in the room and a fridge if you need it. For this money it is a great stay. And there is a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Nothing was disapointing. Don't expect anything to do around there though. You can use the restaurant next door with a 10% discount, but there is nothing else.

Very clean and quiet. Large room. Comfortable beds.

Loud air conditioner in room. Had requested 5 grab and go breakfast bags for our 5:30 am. check out. When we arrived to the front desk to check out, they only had 2 ready. They said it wasn't recorded on their sheet that 5 were requested. They were able to scramble and get 3 other bags ready luckily, but would have been better customer service if all of the bags had been ready to go right at 5:30 am. Had called the front desk at 9:15 pm. on the night of our check-in to ask if the pool at the other Holiday Inn across the street was available to swim in since the pool in our building was very busy. The front desk said they would check with the other pool and get back to us, but they did not call us back unfortunately.

The pool and waterslide was the highlight and why we chose this property. It did not disappoint. The pool is big enough there’s lots of room to swim as well and we appreciated the size of the hot tub as well. The beds were very comfortable.

We had difficulty with regulating the temperature in our room and cooling it off for the night, so we did end up opening the window only to find the train honks the horn frequently through the night and is located right beside the hotel. Not a fault of the hotel, just something to keep in mind to the location of this property.

Rooms were close together as requested, the lobby was a great place to hang out with our friends. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great! We also really enjoyed the pool and waterslide.

We didn't have bedding for the pull out couch, even though we had indicated the number of people staying in the room upon booking. We also had to make the bed ourselves.

Clean, lovely rooms, guest washer and dryer came in handy, good hot and cold breakfast included in the rate, very reasonably priced. Kids loved the pool and awesome water slide. The beds are super comfy and pillows nice touch having firm and soft , great sleep. Keurig and a few Timothy’s coffee pods in the rooms a nice touch. The front desk staff are great! Very approachable, professional, friendly, helpful and just super nice! I have stayed here twice so far when going through Edmonton airport and would recommend and definitely stay again. Free airport shuttle perfect.

Nothing we didn’t like!

Breakfast was very good; lots of selection, plenty available and very clean. Automatic pancake machine is very cool; a nice touch to have a couple fresh pancakes ! Beds were very comfortable. Room was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance. We were however informed of it (called) prior to checking in.

Very comfy bed and selection of pillows. Room was large and spacious enough for two people. Very nice Dove toiletries were provided. Shower head and water pressure were good. Very good breakfast, tasty scrambled eggs and sausages. Loved the pancake machine! Nice to have fresh fruit available. We were warned that trains would be noisy at night but we only heard one pass by early during the night.

The exhaust fan wasn’t working in the bathroom so it became steamy and stuffy after taking a shower. The placement of the toilet was awkward, making it difficult to close the door. The bathroom seemed cramped. The plastic frame around the window in the room was broken which made it unsightly and hard to open. A light directly over the fridge and coffee area would make it easier to see and prepare food or snacks. We were disappointed that there was no bacon left when we came down for breakfast at 8 a.m.

The breakfast was lovely! Better than I expected! Bed was comfortable as well as pillows. Room was clean and comfortable. We definitely will be back again.

We didn’t know the pool was closed for renovations while booking although we got an email before arrival of the closure. But it’s understandable it’s gonna be better for next time!
