Comfortable rooms, loved soap and hand cream Dove brand wall dispensers; in the shower soap,shampoo and conditioner in dispenser on wall. Gave a 10% coupon to restaurant. Great beds. Air conditioning.

The 3 pm clerk who checked us in told us there was a continental breakfast at 7 am on Sunday and 6 am on Monday, but when we called down to see what time it went to, we were informed that they didn’t have one. Only a restaurant. When I asked the same clerk about the pillows being feather or not due to allergies, again she didn’t know; then when I went looking for the ice box, I was informed by the same clerk that it was at the end of the hall. When we went out on Sunday I asked the morning clerk about the ice and was given the correct information.

We did not have breakfast with the hotel, but the restaurant was great. not much selection but it was good. the pool was nice and warm although the jets in the hot tub were about nil. we enjoyed our stay.

the jet tub needs some work. We also had a few noisy dogs on our floor that barked at everyone walking by which was annoying.

The big fluffy pillows which give a person a kink in the neck. There should be two regular pillows per bed as well as the large for people who don't like to sleep with their necks cocked at 46 degrees. Other than that the room was great.

The breakfast was fantastic

Only a small thing but I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t find the ice. I went down to the lobby and found out ice is only on the second and fourth floor so that may be a good thing to tell people when they register at the desk. Just save them to go looking for it

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pillows were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good as well.

This property is very close to an active train line. There was occasionally some train noise but it wasn’t terrible. The hotel supplied each room with earplugs to sleep with if needed.

We loved our room, thr front door staff were very nice! Very clean and inviting! Great hotel for a staycation, our kids loved the Jacuzzis suite. We had lots of towels and toiletries. The room was big and spacious. Had a fridge, microwave made it very easy to take a baby with us. We had enough room to set up a playpen as well.

The restraunt was not very good. Was not worth the 80 dollars we spent. It was very disappointing 😞 The pull out beds could use a mattress upgrade I couldn't imagine as an adult sleeping on them. The pool was a little cooler than expected.

We liked the cleanliness, the beds were comfortable, the restaurant is conveniently located downstairs, the cozy fireplace downstairs and friendly staff.

No plugins for the cars in cold temperatures, and the bathroom counter was slope which resulted in my daughter:s iPhone to slid and fall onto the floor by itself.

*No complimentary breakfast. *Sunday morning staff could be a little bit more friendly. if you have a guest walking out with their suitcase, as a front desk staff the least you could say is hope you had a nice stay, have a great day!

Out of the city, good staff, nice facility, great room - amazing dove bathroom products, fantastic shower.

That I paid $50 dollars for a breakfast for myself and 2 teenage girls that is normally complimentary in almost every other hotel

Great hotel and close to airport. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. I stay at this hotel every time I'm in Edmonton for a reason. its great. Lots of space for parking. I can not comment on the restaurant,
