Room was very clean and in good condition. Hotel was lovely and every staff member we came in contact with was exceptionally respectful and welcoming from the front reception to the housekeeping. Perfectly located for our overnight stay to see family in the area before we continued on our journey.

Not a dislike but more of an observation. There’s a large houseless population in the area but we learned this is likely due to the number of agencies and resources in the immediate area which provide assistance. At no time did I feel unsafe and my vehicle parked outside wasn’t tampered with. It appeared this community just wanted a place to sleep for the night and we saw them packing up in the morning.

Rooms were very clean, and in good repair. Maid service was pleasant and prompt. Everything inside the room worked well. The room we had on the 6th floor was quiet and we never heard excessive noise in any of the hallways. We really would have liked a small microwave oven, as there was no way to heat up anything: just make make hot water, tea or coffee. The mini-fridge is nice. The Starbucks near the reception desk is a nice plus, but it closes at 6:00 pm = too early! The two restaurants in the Casino we found to be too noisy for our taste.

No breakfast included. Located in a "Thrift Store" area. The first night we were there, out our window we watched a druggie shoot up for a long time, undisturbed, in the loading zone behind the hotel. In front of the hotel, just beyond the parking lot, some homeless people had set up an encampment. A large bus transfer area was just behind the loading zone, next to the thrift stores. Not exactly a "quality" neighborhood. The hotel itself seemed to have adequate security, however.

Very Clean and situated close to my Clients Business Location - Attached Casino was a Nice touch but not much of a Gambler/ Restaurants (in house ) were very good - Room was very nice ( Large & Clean )

No breakfast area except for Starbucks ( limited seating ) - No real lobby to sit and chat or have an casual meeting. Surprisingly; ( Langley ) had very FEW restaurant options / The Mexican place close by was horrible / AND what about a local Bar to get a simple beer and bite to eat ???? I could find "none" in a multiple block radius ???

Very accomodating and friendly at check in. Check out was friendly and easy but had to call the person to the front to help us, not a huge deal. Room was clean and had good amount of towels. My son was thirsty and went to front desk to find out if there were vending machines and there weren't. Starbucks in the hotel was closed at this time but the hotel front desk staff stepped up and gave him another water bottle as he cant go in casino to get a drink in there.

The bed was worn out as it was higher in middle than sides so was leaning and hard to get comfy. The bed is a bit hard for my taste too. Therefore my sleep wasn't the best. My family seemed to sleep fine though. Wish there was a vending/snack option.

It was clean and staff were helpful. Close enough to all amenities. When we arrived, we discovered there was no sound on the tv so we let the staff know who were quick to assist in trying to fix the issue and then moved us to another room when the issue couldn't be fixed. Everything else was smooth and just what we needed.

The only thing we didn't like was having to move to another room when the tv didn't work, but that is extremely minor and we were happy to get settled into our new room.

Very central hotel in downtown Langley walking distance to all amenities, playground with splash pad, and a quaint Main Street, with lots more a short drive (5 min) away (shopping mall, restaurants, retail parks) very convenient. Close to bus stops with lots of connections. Nice, clean rooms, good tv, a/c. Staff was exceptional, both the housekeeping and the front desk, very helpful and friendly, even though hotel completely booked. Casino on site and Starbucks, restaurant. I was in town visiting family with two small kids, and really was impressed. Will for sure stay here next year.

No washing machine or dryer on site which is helpful with kids, but a laundry close by.

Our room was located on the backside of the hotel and at 8am in the morning there was very loud beeping from the alley below for over a half hour while the garbage company changed the bins out. This happened twice in 90 minutes. Being that it was Saturday morning, I wasn't expecting to be woken up early in the morning. This should be done during the day when you are less likely to disrupt as many people sleeping on a Saturday.

Arrived 45 minutes early before the 3 pm check in time. The person at the front desk allowed me to check in, but would not issue any room keys until 3pm. So, I had to come back to get room keys so I could access my room. I figured 45 minutes before check in time would be close enough, but there was no flexability and I had to come back to get my keys after 3 pm.

Staff at the desk should be more flexible with the 3 pm book in time. The bed was decent, but the mattress is starting to show wear, as there was a major sag in the mattress which was not comfortable. I was constantly sinking toward s the centre of the bed due to the sag in the mattress.

Check in was a breeze. Staff were all friendly.

The air conditioner in the guest room was a little loud throughout the night. We opted to keep our window open all night long which gave us the fresh air we love. We only got one coffee pod in the room. Most other places leave two coffee pods. Thankfully we brought our own coffee. Upon checkout, I asked for a receipt and did not receive one.

We loved the accessibility, rooms were easy to find. We didn't know there was a casino. Which was a pleasant surprise.

Our room was not as clean as it could have been. There was hair on the lamp shades, cereal on the shelves of the night stand. There was hair in the tub and bathroom floor and some found in the beds. There were no vending machines. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan.
