The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast was nice. They offered hot food, potatoes, and sausages in addition to a nice selection of hard-boiled eggs, cereal (hot/cold), yogurt, and fruit. A toaster was available for bread and waffles.

We arrived early afternoon, and maintenance was testing their fire alarm system. The earpiercing alarm would go off at short intervals, which was annoying. We understand this has to be done at some point for everyone's safety. It just happened to be at the time we got there. Eventually, they finished on our floor, and we were able to rest.

Very convenient hotel to stay when travelling by. Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly to us. We also received an upgrade due to overbooking, so our opinion might be biased :-) Quality-wise, Days Inn & Suites seemed superior to peers from same price segment. We were pleasantly surprised and the accommodation surpassed our expectations.

Location is convenient but not very interesting, in an industrial area. There was a company across the street working all night in their warehouse making quite some noise (not the fault of the Hotel). It was difficult to get food after we arrived very late (22:30), as most restaurants / fast food parlours closed around this time.

Breakfast wasn't great. Sausage tasted cheap, and the eggs have other things in them.. Almost like an omlette. . ( I like just basic scrambled eggs) Gentleman checking us in was very friendly and professional.

Terrible parking - Had a pickup with trailer and had to park next door in the tim hortons parking lot. Kind of a disappointment and was worried about being towed or ticketed.

rooms were always clean with fresh towels every day. Breakfast every morning and delicious. Very punctual calling for taxies. All staff rated number one. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Just a great place

the weather for one. My stay was enjoyable, and I have nothing bad to say.

Beds were very comfy, shower was hot and consistent, room was clean breakfast looked good, but I didn't eat (sausage, egg and cheese omelets, hash browns, toast, cereal and muffins. Staff was pleasant. The girls in the breakfast area were really friendly.

No water in the room as I expected and I hadn't brought any. A bottle in the fridge would have been nice. Back parking lot was not accessible to come into the hotel. It was very cold and windy and it would have been nice to have card access.

Not sure about the breakfasts as I don't attend them. but I do like that Tim HOrtons is right next door, in addition to our favourite Vietnamese place, our favourite schwarma/donair hut, WallMart, pet store, any other shopping you might want. 20 mins to freeway. Lots of services and amenities nearby. great location. we stay there everytime we can when we come this way.

long elevator waits. construction noise within the building and on the floor I was staying on. That is occasional.

The Staff were welcoming, the location was absolutely spot on for our visit to our daughter and son in law, the room was exceptionally well presented and the amenities in the room were good. If you want a really pleasant place to stay in comfort the this is definitely the place. Thank you

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever slept on.

As a disabled person, I was frustrated that vehicles without handicapped placards were parked in the handicapped stalls leaving them unavailable for those who really needed them.

Great location for our business needs

Backs on to industrial so view out window is of concrete tanks and culverts etc Also too many electronics with lights at nights , had to cover everything with towels. Cable box, microwave, clock radio, tv, smoke alarm! Hard to sleep with these distracting lights.

Close to centre of city Great value. Free parkin Good breakfast.

The location is convenient however in an industrial setting. The view was over a cement pipe lay down. Great place to use as a base when visiting the lower mainland.
