We love your facilities especially the pool/hot tub. Beds are comfy. Rooms are nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We will no longer stay at the Coast {we usually stay once a month} because your website prices and desk prices are not the same. Your online price was $157 for two queens and when I called, the desk clerk quoted me $210. When i asked her about it she lowered the price to $190. This was not acceptable. Why? Why can I book online for $40 less? We would have stayed with you last weekend and again this coming weekend but we will look elsewhere even tho we love your facilities. Good location, clean and spacious, lovely staff at the front desk. We ate at the restaurant and our server was just so pleasant and efficient. The music was also great which was noticeable compared to elevator music you usually hear. It was a short walk to the mall which was nice after a long road trip.

The pool was great! The hotel room was clean! We had the two room suite and it was spacious. Always a shortage of towels though, had to ask for more. The plants surrounding the pool are the best part. If you can get a balcony over looking the atrium thats the best! Would stay here again for sure, this was already my 3rd stay at this hotel.

We didnt get continental breakfast. Im actually not sure if it was offered. If it was, it would be appreciated that they tell you more about it such as when and where

The breakfast was fast and of excellent quality. I did need to request butter and jam for toast, but they had gluten free options which were much appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a bit frustrating due to construction in the back parking lot, resulting in fewer available spots.

They have a salt water pool with a jet that shoots across one side of the pool, good for exercising, or just having fun riding the waves. Beautiful foliage around the pool, makes you feel like you're somewhere besides Cold Canada in mid January. The room was super spacious and the beds comfortable... As for the attached restaurant.. At the end of the meal we looked down and there was a mouse trap between our booth and the wall. Food was less then sub par, they were out of most items on the menu, and the service was non existent. Good thing there are plenty of great restaurants walking distance from the Hotel! Will be staying again!

The room and common areas were all clean. The atrium area is very pretty and the pool and hot tub are very comfortable. I like that there is a wading pool for children. We asked a very nice housekeeper for some directions and she was awesome.

Next time we will ask for a room a little closer to the entrance.

the pool area was really cold, it was uncomfortable to even sit out unless you were in the hot tub. The beds are super hard. We both tossed and turned then woke up stiff and sore. the mattresses could use an upgrade.

Staff were amazing, helpful, and super friendly. The room was spacious and well laid out. The restaurant was handy and comfortable and the pool was nice.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and old. Having a room next to the fire exit stairs proved to be very noisy with people coming and going until 4 am. The door slams hard and makes a lot of noise. The rooms aren't so soundproof.

Room access to swimming pool and hot tub was a huge benefit. Do nice to walk out of room straight into pool area.

My friend forgot her toothbrush, for the price you would think the hotel would have courtesy incidentals like tooth brushes and not charge for them. Also room was booked for 2 adults, but only 1 bath towel was provided....

Decided to splurge and get the honeymoon suite with jacuzzi, but even more astonishing was our private deck with seating overlooking the atrium.

The jet tub took a little getting used to as it only had one setting, and it was WILD. I would have enjoyed a gentler option.
