The host was very polite and helpful....

I liked the location... The rooms and the cleanliness.... Only thing that was a bummer was the breakfast... We cam around 9 am and there was nothing hardly left... The cook was present and we asked is there anything esle to eat... She flat out said no.... Let me be frank I'm a cook... And if you guys close 930am...there shouldn't be no reason why you can't cook or top up the breakfast area.. It was 9am we got there... So that isn't any reason why....

Staff was truly friendly and accomodating. Answer questions promptly. No excuses, just very helpful. For example: when asking for the washroom, in the main entre, it was under repairs, and they promptly took me to their own staff facilites, without making a big deal put of it. For a traveller, one is already overwhelmed, and it's nice for a professional person to take care of you. Breakfast was plentiful!

We arrived late in the night, due to Airport delays, and I did not want to make a noise. My suitcase was clanking on the sidewalk, sorry sleeping people!

room was nice and modern. beds were comfortable. if you're looking for a quality stay at a good price in kelowna, this Is a good option the breakfast was acceptable for a free continental breakfast, pretty much what I'd expect. bacon, eggs, pancakes, toast, and a small selection of fruits and baked goods. the breakfast room isn't as small as people made it out to be in the other reviews, but it was busy. so I just took the food back to my room it's more of a motel than a hotel, but the parking lot I private and the property is well kept, so it feels more like a regular hotel

while it's not a total dive, there are a few things that could be improved. The room was clean enough, but the bathroom/shower area could have used a little more attention The ice machine in the main area of the hotel was broken, and the only other machine I could find was a crusty old one out in the courtyard area, and the ice tasted off staff was nice when I could find them, but I did have to wait a while for someone to show up at the desk a couple of times

Comfortable bedroom, with big beds, clean sheets and towels, shower had good pressure. There were free toiletries, coffee machine and a mini fridge. Breakfast was really good, they had toasts, jams, peanut butter, butter, syrup, muffins, pancakes, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, apples. Breakfast area is pretty busy after 8am, but if you go earlier (we went around 7am) and there were only us. Nice staff, free parking, close to coffee shops, groceries and restaurants.

Always a great breakfast and clean room.

The first time elevator broken. This time card keys don't open door into Hotel building. Why not give one of ground floor motel room to avoid these problems. Also I was being pushed out of my room at five minutes before 11. This is a ridiculous check out time. Don't think I'll stay next time. So many other choices in kelowna With no card key problems. Standing outside in winter with no way to enter.

Room was decent, enough parking space even though most of the rooms seem occupied. Found the hotel pretty clean and organized.

They do not have a spot to hang any towels near the sink outside the bathroom. - room 219. Also, the receptionist (unless she is new) who checked us in was not able to give good recommendations for dining places. She did mention about 4 and we tried our luck with one of them just as we had heard about that place in an ad.

Check in was smooth and the room provided me with everything I needed for a good night's rest.

I found it a bit challenging to get there. Even though it is on the highway, the gps in my rental car took me behind the hotel and not right to the property. I found it difficult to locate the correct address. I thought the continental breakfast left much to be desired. I maintain a healthy lifestyle and the only option for me was an apple...that was soft!

Very nice room with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. I was able to park my car next to my room. Breakfast was nice, they have a pancake making machine - so cool to watch. Quick access to the main road with minimal traffic.

There is only one way to get into and out of the property and its on the northbound lane of highway 97. You either have to do a U-turn at the nearest traffic light or take a series of back roads to go the opposite direction into town. There's a lot of traffic in the area and a lot of lighted intersections - it takes a while to get into downtown.

I like the location since it is very close to everything that we went to. Pool was clean and pretty big and the jacuzzi as well. The tables outside were a nice touch to sit down to and hang out with your friends and family

The breakfast was lacking. I remember I went in this location back in 2020 and there were a lot of options for hot foods. Now it's only boiled egg, pancake, and bacon. Would love to see more from the breakfast sections in the future! Since this hotel is a bit on the pricier side. But all in all it was a good vacation!

the bed was really comfy and the rooms kept sound out really well! was a little nervous with our room right off the elevator but we didn’t hear anyone in the hallway the entire time!

housekeeping only tried to come twice at around 4pm both days so we were getting ready to go out again so our room wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. and it was a little difficult leaving the property
