Staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and on the main floor, which is easier when you are traveling with a dog.

Because of the location, the parking lot is a bit small and tight. We were traveling with a car trailer attached to the truck and had to leave it with friends because we would not have fit without using multiple spots or blocking an aisle. Nothing can be done about this because of where the hotel is, but you asked.

We had a pleasant stay. The pool was great!

It should be clearer how to proceed when traveling with a pet. We requested a pet-friendly room in advance but never got a reply, and when we got to the hotel were told no pet-friendly rooms were available. In the end, they managed to get us into a room, but for a moment, it seemed we would need to look for other options.

Staff is great and all working around the clock to provide great service to all guests . We were welcomed very nice front desk reception. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast were amazing. Thank you so much to the breakfast team - it was wonderful . Pool and hot tub- I absolutely enjoyed. Thank you all again for our relaxing and excellent stay.

The only thing what i thought i will mention the bed were a bit harder to sleep but that could be because i pass my 50 th :) But again it did not affect our great stay .

Excellent location. I booked 3 rooms for family for the weekend. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good

One of the 3 rooms hadn't been cleaned. Sheets were clean but the floor and bathroom were not. When I complained was told that since I booked thru a 3rd party they could do anything for compensation.

I loved the waffles and homemade hashbrowns for breakfast! Didn't try it, but the pool looked clean.

When checking in the staff did not provide any details about when or where breakfast was, how to find the pool, or that there even was a gym room available. I had to ask for all those details later.

Friendly staff, clean facility great pooland hottub, ample fresh breakfast well appointed room.

Not like my usual stays there. It was cold, airconditioning set at 64 and heat was slow, no extra blanket. The room smelled like old smoke and the bed was not very comfortable.

Due to extensive food allergies I did not eat the breakfast,, but the server was very helpful by peeling and slicing an apple up for me to take with me,, I dropped my car off the morning of my check-in and the staff allowed me to leave it there while my friend picked me up,, and returned me later in the day,,

Staff was fantastic. Pool was a good temperature and usually not busy. It was quiet at the hotel. We were there for my daughters basketball tournament so it did the job of being a comfy place to lay our heads. Close proximity to many stores. Lots of things to do within driving distance.

Ice machine wasn't working for the last couple of days. They need more towels by the pool. Staff was always happy to get more, so wasn't too bad. Our room could have used some new curtains. Because of covid, breakfast was bagged...it was ok, filled the hole.

The kitchen staff were some of the best young ladies I have ever met..super friendly and accommodating. Hats off to them👍👍👍.

The receptionists were helpful, kind very much. My room had problems on wall painting and toilet but they changed room immediately. The room was quiet with nice view. Thank you very much, I love to stay and see you again!
