Location is good and reception staff are excellent. Breakfast was good and have many choices mostly waffles was good taste which my daughter like it.

Washroom exhaust fan seems not really good as what we observed because of more foggy and wet whole room after used. Garbage bins has no plastic for hygiene purposes. Swimming pool was good but we are looking for the changing room after swimming. We were soaking wet and dripping waters from swimming pool while walking in the carpet going to our room. My suggestion is to have changing room in the pool again for the proper hygiene and carpeted floor not getting wet to avoid bad smell.

Loved the pool with waterside, kids were in it everyday. Breakfast was super, lots of variety and constantly replenished. The kids also liked the "suite shop" where they could buy candy, chips, pop etc every kids dream!

The gentleman who looked after the breakfast area was amazing. Attentive, made sure tables were wiped clean, floors were clean and more food was brought out when needed. Very friendly and courteous.

Breakfast room staff when the gentleman wasn’t there let the floor get dirty with dropped napkins and empty ketchup packets on it. Tables were not cleaned and the guests ran out of creamer.

The staff was amazing. From the front counter to the room cleaning everyone had a positive attitude. The room we had was very clean, and the location was great. Many restaurants nearby (including one right beside) and close to shopping. The breakfast that is offered in the morning was decent, and the attendant in the breakfast room was making sure that everyone had what they needed.

As a light sleeper, I found it a challenge to sleep due to the traffic (including the trains), but the fans in the room helped a little bit. I found the bed a little firm, but not terrible. My husband had no problem sleeping and wasn't disturbed at all by the traffic.

Location was great and very quiet. Loved the large king room. Spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, as was the room. The front desk staff when we checked in was excellent and friendly. Was great to have a connected hallway to the restaurant next door.

The rooms felt slightly outdated, and the water in the pool was colder than expected.

The staff was really eager to help a weary, late night arrival. The bed was comfortable and the shower head was excellent. It was close to the factories I was visiting.

Hallway carpet was hideous... but if that is the worst thing then that is pretty darn good.

Great location, clean room, great pool and hot tub kids had so much fun! Breakfast was awesome lots selection including eggs bacons and hot waffles. Friendly staff. Lots parking spots
