Great location and room was quiet and comfortable.

It was a suite with a full kitchen which was what we booked and needed. However, when we stocked all our frozen and cold groceries into the refrigerator, all of our food spoiled because the refrigerator did not work. It never reached a cool temperature. The cooling and heating systems in the suite itself were also in need of repair. One other point of contention is when we checked into the hotel, we were assigned a room that had not been serviced yet. Our reassigned room was next to the elevator. Fortunately, it was quieter than we expected.

I did not know that the restaurant was closed for renovations when I booked. I looked forward to a leisurely dinner and breakfast but had to get in my car and go somewhere else. I would have appreciated knowing this before booking. I loved the suite and had I known ahead I would have brought food. I may stay again when the restaurant is open.

Location was good for a one night stop off, prior to getting the ferry to Vancouver Island the next day. The hotel is just off the highway and the gym/pool facilities are good. We were also upgraded without request at check in which was nice!

As it’s next to the highway it’s quite loud with traffic but fine for one night.

Great proximity to shops and restaurants. Great room. Food from Moxies was good. Didn't use any of the facilities.

Staff was disinterested. Ice machine on my floor was broken entire stay. $40 of food becomes $60 really quick with the delivery fee and 15% automatically added tip, just a note of caution. Not hotels fault but to get across the overpass you have to fly because the city of Langley figured it was smart to close down both sides sidewalks....green BC eh...

The staff were amazing! Extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Nice sized room with a love seat and an easy chair. The beds are very comfortable. The location is good, very central to restaurants, shopping

The room looked ready for an overhaul. The wooden parts of the furniture are worn and scratched, the bathroom grout needs replacing (or bleaching) burnt out bulbs in the lamp, etc. Also pretty pricey for a room with a view of the dumpsters.

very stylish, clean and comfortable. We arrived at about 9 PM and the front desk staff was exceptional. I believe his name was Homie , and he did everything he could to accommodate our group.  We definitely will be back when in the area.

Bigger room than other places. Very quiet room for us to rest.. absolutely friendly staffs.

There were only one Air conditioning in the bedroom to cool or heat entire living room and bedroom. Very dry all night. No slippers provided.

easy to find right off the freeway nice layout in rooms having a sitting/bedroom up front and a separate bedroom in the back

the property is fairly new, yet the hardware used in the bathroom looked flimsy or had not stood up well

Nice rooms, comfy pillows, modern and clean

Small pool, beds were quite saggy but were ok for a few nights, balcony was a small ledge about a foot out, seemed more dangerous than anything.

Location is perfect! Right off of the highway with many amenities around ie gas station, grocers, coffee shops, restaurants. Staff was professional, very friendly & helpful! Building was nice & clean! Room was nice & clean as well and bed was extremely comfortable! Will definitely stay again!
