Holiday Inn Express & Suites Langley, an IHG Hotel

I had a very interesting work schedule and it did not coincide with the hours the breakfast was being served, I asked one of the staff if there was any way I could get breakfast packed up and they went out of their way to make sure I had a great breakfast the next day all packed up and ready to go. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and quiet, but the thing that made the biggest impression on me was the staff and their friendliness, kindness and polite customer service.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of different choices, friendly staff

We had a young kid above us who kept running back and forth, jumping off the bed onto the floor. It felt like the ceiling was going to come through. It was quite frustrating. After coping with it for two days, we went to the front desk and asked if they could do something about it. Right away the person at the front desk contacted the people in that room, but they denied that their kid was doing anything. They even said they had been out all day which wasn’t true as we heard the kid running and jumping for most of the day and into the evening etc. We thanked the staff for trying to solve the problem.

The hotel was central to our needs , lovely room , it was clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was good value for money. Delicious & healthy breakfast options, and lots of coffee. Breakfast was included in the rate per night. Makes such a difference if that is available. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay at the hotel again should I visit Langley in the future. Thank You.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and cheerful, both at check in and check out. The bathroom was big and very bright. The bed was very comfy and the linen smelled fresh. Lots of choices of food at breakfast

The room temperature could be set to warm, but once reached the very strong fan would blow cold air and it was impossible for me to turn it off without turning off the whole system. In the evening the water in the shower took 5 min to get hot. No extra warm blankets were available in the room.

This hotel was an excellent place to stay. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The pool was great and very clean. The breakfast was superb with lots of options for everyone (and it was never too busy). The room was very quiet, clean and modern. The hotel has lots of free outdoor parking in a location where you felt secure leaving your car. It's located close to lots of amenities including gas, groceries, restaurant, fast food etc. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

The wifi didn't seem to work in our room - not a big deal for us but maybe for some people it might be.

We had a wonderful stay, our trip started out a bit rough as we could not locate our CC that we secured the booking with. After a process of elimination, the correct card was found! I want to personally thank "Raman" the front desk gentleman on duty, he had a great sense of humor, also saw us wearing travelers getting frustrated (at our own situation). Raman was great, he let us have a bottle of water and we went to our room to decompress.

We had issues with the thermostat (trying to set it), too hot or too cold.

This was one of the best hotel stays I've had. It was so comfortable, the room was spacious, the TV was great, and the free breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.

I booked through Booking.com and chose this hotel specifically because there was no damage deposit listed. My credit card had been hacked a few weeks earlier, and I was still sorting out those details. There actually was a deposit of $100 taken from my card. That really needs to be listed on this site for other travellers. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. We liked the large modern bathroom and the Watkins haircare, bath gel etc. Breakfast was included and was exceptional! They also have a number of snacks and beverages to purchase that most hotels do not offer. The location is central to many areas of the lower mainland and is reasonably priced. Bonus!...They also have a well maintained swimming pool.

We found the upper floor beds were more comfortable than the lower floor. Maybe just our opinions 🤔

The beds were very comfortable. The black out curtains were the best I have ever seen! The rooms were a good size, breakfast was awesome, the shampoo and conditioner was in large bottles so I was able to use as much or little as I wanted. Most places offer tiny bottles which generally isn’t enough for my long hair. Oh and parking was very accessible! Overall I’m very happy with our stay!

Everything was great. I don’t have any complaints about this Stay

love this property for location an convenience to the dog shows we attend but all thing can’t last

it a rip off that you pay 300 dollars a night and then they charge you 25 dollars for pet and when you have two that’s 50 dollars times four nights equals 200 more add to the bill I stay at five star hotels that don’t even charge for dogs or it’s a one time charge of 20 or 25 dollars for the length of stay so will be looking for a different hotel
