Friendly receptionist on first and last day. Well decorated rooms, good facilities, well thought out layout. Close to town, dedicated parking space, hot tub with a little bit of a view. I like the backstory of the founder, and this being one of the rare women-led ventures in the hospitality industry

My 250 CAD deposit is still on hold after close to 3 weeks. I called my credit card company and they said it was up to Base Camp to release it. I called Base Camp and they said it was released, but the deposit still is held and not released yet. Ultimately, my 250 CAD is still locked in...I don't know what it is. When i put down a deposit at rental car companies or other apartments, it has always come back within a day of being released, not sure what is happening here. Would be nice to have a blender and peeler in the kitchen! Or at least a shared common one you can borrow from reception.

Very quiet - no corridor clatter like most hotels. Just a couple of minutes off the main highway, but far enough to be out of the traffic noise very clean comfortable room with a well equipped small kitchenette Nice outside table and a couple of chairs

if I had to be picky - I’d say the room could be bigger, sort of small at about 400sq ft, which is ok for a night but if you can’t use the outside table in bad weather it’s going to feel cramped pretty quick One thing that would be useful would be a USB combo outlet socket, most modern places have them now and it’s an easy addition to a nice unit

Basecamps property. We were in a two bedroom two bathroom unit. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The view was lovely. No elevator but no mention of this on the property so hauling a heavy cooler etc up the stairs was challenging but doable. There were a few minor issues and when I called the front desk the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Problems solved immediately. Kitchen has everything needed. Beds were comfortable. Self- check in was easy and communication was prompt and clear.

The second bedroom was quite small for the bed size, only about a foot from the end fo the bed to the wall so could not open my suitcase fully, except on the bed. We were there for just one night so didn't take advantage of the outdoor activities. It is a bit far from the townsite but easy on and off from the highway. No closets, just hooks on the wall. A bit different but okay for our stay.

I booked a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, pet friendly unit. Great layout and use of space, I appreciated the number of hooks in strategic places for hanging. There is even a washer/dryer. I booked at the last minute and the property was offering 40% off. Total cost was $360 per night. Probably wouldn't have booked it without the discount, as the price would have been prohibitive. Dog owners: Nice trail down to the river for doggo to run and the far end of the property.

Really no place to store food, if you plan to stay more than a day or two. I recommend a tall cupboard at the end of the kitchen (plenty of room) for pantry use.

Very neat and clean, like you're moving in to a brand new apartment. We have a view of the stream in the living room which is great, the beds are the best we've had during our week-long travels that even the sofa mattress was so comfortable we forgot it was just a pull-out bed. Big plus is the washer dryer (we didn't have much clothes and so being able to wash the dirty clothes and swimwear was a blessing!)

Bedrooms were very small, just enough to fit the double bed and two side tables. Master bedroom has a bit more space and has a bathroom suite. Not much soundproofing from in between floors in the apartment (living-dining room is above the bedrooms) that you can hear footsteps.

very nice place in beautiful environment. pretty room, not big, but equipped with all necessities incl kitchen stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen tools, washing machine and dryer, patio with seats, air condition which was not noisy as is the case often in hotels.

we were in the studio on the groundfloor and the room above us was noisy. we heard people walking. ceiling not soundproof. also to get into the rooms on the 1st floor, guests had to walk over a walkway which was extremely noisy. that was the only negative point we can say about this place.

We enjoyed the 1 bedroom, dog friendly, unit we stayed in. It was the perfect size for my family of 3 and our little dog. Our unit had a little deck that overlooks the river. What a beautiful view. Also the staff were always super friendly and helped us out whenever we ran out of supplies.

We really love being able to bring our dog with us, but there is not really a spot to walk our dog. The road out front didn't have a save space to walk because of the snow piles. Maybe this is different during the summer months. Also the bathroom has no spot to hang your towels or wet bathing suits.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had forgotten to print a park pass and other documents and they did it for me. Our arrival was delayed by a road closure and the hotel staff actually looked up the estimated road reopening time to let me know. Very kind and helpful. Property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Right next to a river, full kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, the sofa bed was large and comfortable, so two of our kids slept there.

Front door to the unit was a little hard to close.

We were extremely happy with the room quality, size and the fact that it had a full kitchen and use of outside BBQ's. The outside patio was very nice and the view was spectacular.

The only complaint we had was that the sink in the bathroom was way to small. It sure would be nice if there was an ice machine either available in the units or just one in the main office area. One would expect to have ice available at a beautiful resort such as this. Other than those small details the facility was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

Location close to the mountain and had great views of the river. Parking and access to the Hot tub / amenities was easy and convenient. The 3-bedroom unit had a large kitchen and common area for friends/family to enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was well equipped.

Bedrooms were small if you are traveling with ski equipment and/or board bags. No storage for luggage. The unit does not have a designated area for skis/boards to dry off, the front entrance was packed. 3 bedroom unit did not have access to a balcony or patio but other units did.
