This Fairmont runs like a well-oiled machine. We were very impressed by the in-dining room service, the concierge and the gratis hotel car service, which dropped us at various nearby locations every morning. The view of the harbour from our room was very pleasant. We had also emailed ahead for some firm pillows as the Fairmonts we had stayed at on our route had dreadfully soft pillows, and they produced 2 nice firm pillows for us. The room temperature was also easy to adjust and it was air conditioned (unlike at Lake Louise). The food was good and varied as well, and all staff helpful and pleasant.

we were in a Corner suite Fairmont gold, absolutely gorgeous room, dramatic views of the bay, downtown and the pool , a lot of room in this luxury suite for a family of 4. the complementary breakfast at the 20th floor + all day food and drinks icluded in the rate is really worth it ! we’ll be back for sure if we would have to heads again in Vancouver !!

nothing, or maybe the wait to get the room at check in. we had to wait like 45 min before to get the key fob….. but we finally had a $100 to spend in food and drinks as an apology from the front desk… so we had a blast overall !

The valet person in the hotel door "Patric" was a very nice and supportive man. He is always smiling and offers an umbrella and water every time we go out. The location is super, and they gave us a van to drop our luggage to the Cruise Sea port, which is 3 minutes driving. The concierge was helpful and recommended & booked nice restaurants for us. The view in the room was good and normal and they clean & prepare the room twice a day. The restaurant on the 2nd floor was super.

Perfect location, reception was professional and accommodating as we arrived earlier than check in. Every staff memer from reception, concierge, room service, and more always went above and beyond to provide assistance and made our 4 night stay amazing. Our host who checked us, we can't for life of us remember his name. He sent up champagne 🍾 to our room after us mentioning why we're in town and ensured our luggage was delivered to our room when ready. Rio who delivered our room service made us feel like royalty and great conversation. He provided great places for us to see in our next day journey to Granville Island, to the point he left us a map and identified the train we needed to take to get the aquaboat and where, mentioning the places he told us about the night before. Loved being right on the waterfront

Price per night is steep and so worth it for the most enjoyable stay. So really nothing to complain about.

Location and room were great, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Heated pool was a bonus. Lobby lounge is a great atmosphere, and fun place to relax and enjoy live music and great drinks.

Lobby lounge takes up all of lobby seating. Kids aren’t allowed after 10, which is understandable. When traveling from different time zones, we enjoy having somewhere other than the room to play cards.

I think.the breakfasts were ok . The regular eggs hashbrowns bacon or choice of sausage would we better than anything you had. In the Gold Room.we

We did not like to be in a room with dogs on either side. There should be a separate wing for dogs and their owners. People even bring then.into the lounge. Not good . And we love dogs but....

amazing location for not having a vehicle everything was walking distance and also very close the the train station! staff was amazing! check in was later then expected due to the hotel being busy but we were given a complimentary bottle of champagne which was nice

bathroom tv was broken so that sucked, had to hold a lever to drain the tub which was odd and annoying.

Location of hotel and also the helpfulness of the staff they were great. Loads of food and drink options.

The fire alarm went off and it was a false alarm which meant we spent an hour and half in the morning getting out and back in. Could complain as fire emergency but still with family was annoying

Although the nearby sister hotel had half of the night rate at Pacific rim , it matched my expectations for paying a higher price. Hotel was beautiful, clean and modern with a beautiful bathroom and practical hot tub. The staff, in particular Colin went out of his way to change my room to one that I liked and it was much appreciated. This experience was exact opposite of one I had unfortunately staying at Fairmont Chateau Whistler that left me tearful and feeling unintelligent for paying so much for so little service and comfort. Thank you Pacific rim for raising the bar for Fairmont Hotels and for a wonderful 15th birthday celebration my son had staying with you guys and the beautiful, tasty cake that was sent to our room for him.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Very nice room and comfortable, to say the least.

Room service was sometimes difficult to get ahold of. The fire alarm went off at 2:30am in the morning, causing everyone to leave the building and return two hours later. I received a bath robe with blood on it.
