The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel in a long time, fresh and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Winnipeg and will be recommending this establishment to anyone I know who is planning on staying in Winnipeg. The local and on site amenities are more than you could want and the location is perfect.

Parking in a very minor area (outer building rooms, 3 rooms only) is the only thing I could note as not 100% but it was 98%. It was a bit tight and on a corner, but really a minor concern. Remember this is for roughly 3 spots out of over 100 available, and I could have chosen lots of other spots to park in but wanted to be outside my room.

Everything was really comfortable, clean and the food was really good.

I didn’t like that I had to pay more than the great advertised price , extra included for my 2 year old grandson that takes up very little space in a 2 bed room and eats minimaly. Also that there was a cost added for obtaining a refund if we needed to cancel. It added about $50 to the advertised price of the room.

Front desk girl Amber is a hero. She saved my bike from a would'-be theif early in the morning. My bike was missing from my cars bike rack and the lock cables had been cut. When I reported this to Amber, she said she had my bike after wrestling it away from the theif. I went from despair to joy. She went way beyond my expectations. Thanks Amber

The staff was great and it was close to my event location

The outside appearance. The outside needs to be updated, I almost didn't get out of the car when I first arrived. Once inside I checked out the room and everything was ok.

Accessible, clean. Friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who assisted us during our check out on the morning of April 14, 2023. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Many thanks for your complimentary breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot and delicious breakfast.

The crowd noise at night and constant humming of a machine?

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with everything in working order. Truly the staff:.housekeeping , serving and desk were cheerful and professional. Adequate parking. Complimentary breakfast was varied, delicious and warm.

Sadly a "policy" of holding a 'damage deposit" is applied here. Likely the first the guest will learn of it is at checkin. I've always found the practice offensive, considering my credit card adequate guarantee should I cause any damage.

They were very friendly with my dog and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was also made to order. Also it's easy to get back on the highway.

It's not the clearest parking for the building. And if you have mobility issues - there is stairs. Make sure to request a ground floor suite if that's the case.

we arrived around seven so parking was almost nill ; had to drive around and squeeze into a spot we were not sure was safe

Breakfast was very good, 4 options to choose from, + coffee machine with both caffeine and decaf options in the room.

We would suggest to add the 2nd chair instead of armchair, 'cause it was too far from the table, so both of us could seat together at the table.

The friendly staff the great hot breakfast delivered to your room, quiet room! The bartender in the beverage room was exceptionally great so accommodating I forgot his name!

I was satisfied with everything! One thing I don't like is the deposit because I've been a regular customer there for about five years.
