Friendly staff member one morning no yogurt for breakfast, staff went "out back" looking for it, and came back with a packet of hot cereal which was fine

The toilet in room 1410 like too small/ short when I sat on it, my privates dangled in the water which really is not a healthy thing to have happen I have travelled a great deal in my life in various countries but have never ever come across anything like this.......there are signs telling you were the restaurant is, it should be made clear that this is only for gatherings, not for guests,+ there was a sign out front of your hotel advertising a menu, I thought this meant a restaurant inside your hotel, when I rechecked this I discovered it was a restaurant down the street.

Location was great for waterfront and citadel exploration. Beds were very comfortable. People were very helpful and friendly. Gym was better than average.

The "no guaranteed parking" and charged $25.00 per night! Coffee maker and paper pods SUCKED. Toilet paper was exceptionally thin and had to use A LOT to get clean. "Breakfast" - Grab n Go was terrible. - not what anyone would call "breakfast". Don't say that there's a "breakfast".

I received an upgrade to a suite with a harbor view. The room was awesome! Very spacious and plenty of room to spread out and think too. Great restaurant and breakfast too.

Parking could be a challenge if you drive—but there is a pay garage across the street. Also, unfortunately, the housekeeping team didn’t even enter the room one day. Also the shower leaked.

The location is great. The beds are really comfortable and the staff is friendly.

Wi-Fi practically wasn’t working in my case (might be my mistake, oc). There’s no breakfast, although it says there is when you book. They have complimentary snacks though. It is a bit noisy. Although we stayed not in a season, we could hear the guests the whole night.

There is no in-house restaurant or room service available so you can't order a nightcap to the room! There were a lot of trucks early in the morning so it was noisy (on weekday not on weekend)

Close proximity to the Harbour front and all the activities.

Inconsistent with providing coffee in the room and toiletries in the room. No cups. Frequently had to go to the desk to ask for supplies.

The staff were so helpful especially Monalisa! Loved the Location and the room was just large enough and clean with a comfortable king bed .

I wish that the pool was Larger and at times to the early morning 6-7 am there were traffic sounds from the streets coming through .

The location of this hotel was great! The harbour views were amazing, the pool was warm, the front desk staff are all very friendly, area to store your luggage and a snack bar with a microwave in the foyer

No restaurant or bar - the pillows on bed were down fill (to soft for me)

Location of the hotel is perfect, just a 5 min walk to the board walk at the harbour front and the Halifax Ferry Terminal. The rooms had a wonderful view of the harbour.

There is no restaurant at the hotel. No complimentary breakfast

I did say above how really amazing this hotel is, The service is awesome the rooms are great, great location but I do find it a bit pricey. I know it’s summertime so it’s always a little more expensive but it would be nice if it was a little cheaper.

See above & it would’ve been nice if there was a breakfast included possibly.
