The staff is really nice. The rooms are super clean. It's like ~45 minutes to the city center by public transportation, which is quite good. The price is reasonable. A lot of fast foods/shops around. I recommend this property definitely.

I was a bit sad about plastic and paper forks/knives/plates on the breakfast. That's not too ecological. However, it's a small thing. With regular cutlery, I would go with 10 :)

I liked very comfy beds, good varierty of food for breakfast, water pool and safe parking. Also, personnel at the kitchen were very friendly.

- The room was not super clean. I saw some rice inside air conditioner and hair on the handle of the microwave. Other than that everythin was clean. Also, I wanted a quieter room, but my room was near the road and it was rather noisy. Windows still have a good noise insulation.

We stayed at this hotel because we went to Ripley’s Aquarium and Canada’s Wonderland. Breakfast was included in the price which is always nice when staying at a hotel. We stayed 2 nights and the second morning they added cheese omelettes and bacon to the morning breakfast which my kids wanted so that was a plus. The automatic pancake maker is cool. Pancakes were delicious. The cinnamon rolls were yummy. One of my kids love yogurt so he loved having some both mornings we were there. We even had a little bit of time to enjoy the pool and hot tub for before checking out.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like. I guess if I have to write something then it would be that our room key can’t access the pool so we had to ask to get let in.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great a area. Breakfast was very very good. Great food options. Room was comfortable and clean.

Pool was very very warm and the clorine was incredibly strong. Smelled like triple the amount of a normal pool. It took days to wash off the smell. Felt like we were boiling in it and we got a headache from it. Couldn't go in as much as we wanted to.

Breakfast was warm and cooked well. Room was clean and as expected. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Mark at front desk is absolutely amazing! He helped us out of a big jam and could not have been more gracious. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. This hotel is a great find.

Another trash bin in the room aside from the bathroom would be helpful.

I just love this hotel. The staff is amazing and so friendly. Perfect location for all the stores and local eateries. I come from New Jersey to Brampton, Canada and if I get there early if possible they always let me do an early check-in and Omar the front desk clerk is just the sweetest.. They all are! This hotel is just exceptional.

on the way location near to airport good parking space I booked the room with jacuzzi and it was an awesome experience the room was quite big enough and luxurious also the lighting was amazing in the room furniture was clean and bedding was comfortable

breakfast was continental but it should be include little more things in breakfast

Really good staff , very friendly and helpful , busy breakfast but there was plenty of staff to keep up.

Air conditioner was a bit too noisy , we were located in a room on the side of the main road and it was loud with trucks and loud cars , if you can get a room on the opposite side

All staff were friendly and very efficient. The staff were able to advise us and give us local information. Breakfast was just what we wanted, staff constantly restocked during busy times. Would definitely recommend.
