The property was in a convenient location with shops and stores near by. Property and common areas were clean and tidy

The only thing I would say is that parking is a hit or miss. The ones directly in front of the hotel/in the vicinity of the hotel were always taken especially when you come later on in the evening and you’re left unsure of where to park. I would suggest Maybe putting up some signs to show where is allowed and safe to park when the others are not available so you’re not worried about whether your car would be safe in the surrounding parking lot areas.

I stayed in room 504, I guess the privacy button wasn’t working properly as the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9:30 M and check out was not for a bit. Normally wouldn’t be an issue however I was at an event till 5am so being woken before I needed to be up was a bit bothersome.

We were upgraded to a suite with kitchen. Lots of space and all amenities. Staff very attentive and pleasant. Variety of breakfast foods and drinks and light and airy ground floor dining area. Convenient to airport and amusement park. Free on-site parking. Small pool, gym and BBQs.

Previous occupant had spilt sticky drink at entranceway that hadn’t been detected and cleaned up by cleaning staff.

Great location and good hot breakfast with the option of grab and go. The location offer variety of restaurants and stores for conveniency. Great, Quiet, and clean environment.

Improve housekeeping training in communication and privacy.

Breakfast was of but hot food was always cold

While the lady that cleaned the room did a great job There is a major need to clean the overall room Floors are sticky sofa need to be sprayed and wash Feel itchy after seating for a wile

I liked that all of the rooms are equipped with a little kitchenette.

The only thing that I didn't care for was the pull out sofa bed. It wasn't overly uncomfortable but the quality did not stand up to the standards I expected with the room cost.

King Suite with kitchen was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was included and really was excellent. The staff were professional and extremely helpful.

I love the atmosphere; the very quiet and clean staffs are super friendly. I love the location, will for sure visit again, love it! Felt as if I was someplace different from Toronto. Birthday well spent; staff allowed me to do my photoshoot in the lobby area of the premises.

So far, no complaints!

The staff was very friendly and informative. It was a great atmosphere. Even with Covid still rampant I felt safe. Loved the security at night was vigilant and very helpful.

That we had to leave.

Looked forward to the daily hot breakfast. It was always so good.

Everything was to my satisfaction and expectations. That's why we go back.
