EST Hotel

Hotel was pretty quiet, beds were comfortable! I didn't experience any of the issues in the other reviews. The AC worked perfectly, the staff were all very polite, the room was clean. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast and we already knew that the pool was closed as it mentioned on the website, so those were not issues for us. Overall an enjoyable stay!

The water temperature in the showers was a little hard to control, I think maybe it relates to if another guest was in the shower? It was hard to tell, I got in at one point then it took over 10 minutes for any heat to happen.

The room I was in was very clean and comfortable.

We know that we want to be safe from covid or any contagious disease, but we are way past covid outbreak and mostly everyone in the country are vaccinated. I don’t think breakfast packs are still a good idea. I think most of the people want real breakfast served in the morning.

they took my 200$ deposit and refused to give it back I took my time to make sure the room was clean and they still kept my deposit I paid for 2 nights I then spoke to staff and asked if I can extend my stay the front staff said yes just come to the desk to extend the same room when I went to the desk I was told I can not extend my stay so I was left with no room. and had to book a other room last min it was very hard and frustrating

The room had almost everything you could of asked for. Iron, hair dryers, lights almost everywhere. Heating control, a lot of sockets.

There was a lot of noise in the hotel. Teenagers banging doors, shouting at 2am. It happened quite frequently. The rooms arent really well sound insulated. Its like the hotel wouldnt have any conditions on who could stay there or not. Groups of teenagers from 5-8 people would be in a room. Room service could of been better. We would have to tell them we needed our room done and towels. They would take their time aswell.

It's not smoke free at all!!! Someone smokes freely and fills the rooms!!!! & nobody cares about that!!! Second, the bathroom materials such as soap, shampoo or conditionner, were not enough and of good brands with good quality & no slippers for washroom or bathroom

I really liked that the room and bathroom were clean. I was definitely worried about that but they were. The room amenities were also functional and the location was great. We were only 25 mins by car from the city. The staff was helpful and it was a great value stay.

No window in the room. My biggest qualm was having no window in our room. No sunlight so we had to leave as soon as we got ready. We stayed on the second floor and there was this harsh chemical smell on that floor, like the whole place had been sprayed with cheap air freshener. I hated that the most. Tub worked fine and looked like it was cleaned but there were stains on it, as well as stains on the carpet and one of the chairs. Definitely needs to be replaced but I’m happy it wasn’t as bad as the reviews said.

Room is spacious.

Not friendly receptionist/staff. The neighboring room is so loud you can hear it from your room. Supposed to stay for 3 days, but we left early as the guests upstairs from our room is so loud. We can't sleep properly. We have to find another hotel.

I have hard time coming up with anything I liked, even the staff was ok.

smell of weed in the corridors, there is a door from one private room to another. even though it was locked I could hear every single word of another guest’s drama story and that’s her talking on the phone. She was talking all night both nights I stayed there. They give breakfast in paper bags. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there. If I had known how poor it was going to be, I’d pay 40-50 extra f dollars for a hotel downtown.

Clean room, lots of amenities, coffee maker, bathroom supplies etc. Couple of small issues .. the tub could not be plugged, it was broken. Minor issue.

When we arrived, the only staff that was on duty at the front desk was taking his break. There was already another guest waiting to check in. He acknowledged us and continued his break. We ended up waiting until he decided it was time to take care of his guests.
