I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff people were welcoming and very accommodating. The room was very clean. The whole place, even with the outdated decor, was incredibly charming. The decor almost added to the experience. Beautiful entrance- grand staircase. Loved the Casablanca movie theme. I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was poor. Also, the key cards seemed to be faulty- they had to be reset every day and that was annoying. Lastly, the pool was so cold!!!! But that’s all and didn’t detract from the over all experience. However: the fact that the hotel will be demolished by the end of 2022 is terribly sad. Shame on you, Developers. Shame on you!!

The price was great seeing as everything closer to the falls was over $300. It was a nice and clean room.

When we arrived the girl at the front desk didn’t say anything to us for a sold minute. We spoke up and said hi there we are here for check in. And then she finally said okay last name. So the check in wasn’t the friendliest. Once we got to our room we opened the door and tried to turn the light on, it was burnt out which made us have to use are flashlights for the night to move around. Also when we woke up in the morning the bathroom light no longer worked either.

The room was beautifully decorated according to the theme of Casablanca--an opulent era from the early 1900's. Lovely! Very clean. Close to the freeway.

We wish there had been breakfast. We were able to find a cute breakfast nearby where we were served pancakes, eggs, sausage if we wished, and potato hash for $8!

my boyfriend and i had a staycation for a night we got a better room than i booked. very spacious with an amazing view of grimsby on the lake. the beds were super comfy. we were able to get a later check-in time which was extra nice! We will be coming back!!

we noticed one of the sinks wasnt flowing properly but there was another bathroom in the suite so it wasnt a big deal

I appreciated staying in a clean, comfortable room with helpful staff close to the venue for my sister's wedding.

I did not like being charge payment for my room twice on my credit card. I am still trying to resolve this issue.

Hotel Prices, not just the Casablanca, seem to have raised prices too much. Probably trying to make up for lost revenue because of 2 years Covid, but it will limit my future travel plans

Food was great. Someone in food service would cough very badly. It needs to be corrected seriously. This person needed to wear a mask. We did not go back to the restaurant just for this matter. Thanks

It was our anniversary,and we decided to visit the Falls,but I didn't want to get hosed by the big Hotels,by being charged all the extras plus the base rate for the room so,Booking .com got us exactly what I was looking for in price and excellent accommodation. A/C TV,WiFi,pool,restaurant, free parking. Only 35 mins . from the falls.And theirs a Timmys drive thru 100 yards away. Or A/W on the other side of the QEW. Food was fantastic. Thank you booking .com and Casablanca.

The room, view, and hotel were beautiful. The bed was comfortable, room clean, and the water was hot for my spa bath. I would definitely stay at The Casablanca again.

The hotel was a lovely older style hotel with lovely staff, good food and drink, and walking distance to the shore

We could only stay one night and the rumour has it the hotel is closing down at Christmas, terribly sad
