the property is really nice, the staffs there were friendly and professional. like the facts that there was hotel access to 2 restaurants (Denny’s $ Moxies). did not have the chance to try Moxies but Denny’s get a 10/10 for the food.

first got into an executive room which was really spacious but unfortunately it was I nfested with fruit flies. spoke to reception and they were kind enough to move me to a different room which was quiet smaller. - second issues I encountered was the flooring despite that they are padded, every steps from above resonates in the room like you are being inside of a drum. feels like they would need to reinforce the sound proofing. besides of that …. it was great!

The front desk staff was very professional and helpful - you could tell that they really like their job. We needed towels as we had used the pool, the housekeeping staff gave us some on our way back up to our room and then came up to our room to bring us additional towels for after our shower. They were truly a lovely group of caring individuals.

Fresh fruit being available in the lobby would have been a nice touch - there were decorative oranges on tables and a number of guests thought they could pick up a healthy snack on their way to their room only to be disappointed by a plastic orange. There were kids running in the halls - that is not a hotel problem. Blackout curtains would have been great.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room.

TV kept losing reception. Not sure what the problem was, but we weren't there for the TV anyway. Worst thing had nothing really to do with staff or facilities. Some jerk parked truck so close to our car (while wife was still in it) that she couldn't open car door wide enough to get out. She had to crawl over the console to get out the other side. Maybe there should be parking restrictions on larger vehicles.

The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. We didn't have enough towels in our room, and we just had to ask them, and they were happy to accommodate us.

It took a long time to get hot water for showers and in the bathroom. We had to run the water for at least 5 minutes or later for the hot water to kick in. Hot tub in swimming pool area was not hot at all was just warm. Thinking they may have problems with the hot water.

The facilities were right off the highway and easy to find. Exceptionally clean and bright.Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fact that the suite had a door between tv area and bedroom.

Be warned...the tub was high and hard to get into. Thin walls...picked up outside traffic noise. Addtionally, there was a womans softball team there for evenings...extremely loud after hours until after midnight. Some on their balconies and loud. While there was a Dennys and a Moxies restaurant attached to facility, limited other restaurants could be found nearby.

I liked the layout of the room, and loved it had the kitchen which came in handy. It was a very nice layout for a room. Loved that Denny's was attached to it for breakfast.

There was some kind of mix up, somehow they had me on file with my booking number but there was no actual room booked for me. Luckily they had one available but it was not the room I booked. I asked if they had one like in my booking and said they did and that they would upgrade me complimentary (though it's not really complimentary when it's what I booked anyways so don't really think there was any 'upgrade' that they spoke of but that doesn't really matter as long as I got the room we booked in the end.

Smooth check in and when the guest agent found out my mother was in a wheelchair checked without me asking if there was a wheelchair accessible room available and then offered me the change in room to make it easier on me . I was very impressed. All staff was helpful and polite . The only complaint I have about hotel is that there is only two spots out front at entrance for handicap parking and there was a guests that kept parking in the spot without handicap sign so we ended up parking down at the Denys handicap and spot . It was a little to far .

the room is clean. In the plaza it has Walmart. It is convenient to buy stuff if you need something. You should try moxie restaurant next to hotel. you won’t be disappointed. The bus station is across from the traffic light. you can take the bus (number 2). it goes directly to the Niagara Falls. Last but not least, I love the Canada flag. it’s tall and huge. If you don’t know where to get off, see the flag and you see the Sandman Hotel.

Great location, the receptionist even upgraded us for the night which really made my stay even that much more delightful. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Great staff, clean, great location for Hamilton and there is a Dennys downstairs which is perfect for your morning breakfast!

The room was very clean and and the bed was comfortable.

Size of room for price. I also did not like that I could not get Lunch in Isabelle restaurant on Saturday or Sunday. My only option was Brunch that consisted mostly of EGGS. We had to go outside your hotel to have a sit down lunch. Revenue to you, lost.
