Breakfast was not included in my package but front office manager Neema Patel kindly offered us two days complimentary breakfast it was nice hotel staff was friendly it was comfortable stay
The only one problem we had our tv apps were not working and maintenance guy couldn’t solve the problem and he was very rude don’t know how to behave with customers this makes us very upset but the hotel management gave 20% discount on our stay for the apology of this incident

The location was great and the overall stay was very pleasant. Very clean and modern hotel! If I ever come back to Hamilton, this is definitely where I will book into stay. Price of hotel was great as well!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free parking available. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and gym were nice as well.

1. Room was very spacious and comfortable. 2. Room furniture, bed, bathroom, storage, and HVAC were excellent. 3. Hotel appears to have put in place appropriate Covid-19 safeguards.
1. Pillows are past their 'best by' date and should be replaced. 2. The hotel's restaurant was closed due to Covid-19. Providing guests with a list of alternative restaurants in the vicinity that are open would have been helpful. 3. Four Points Sheraton billed me for the entire stay immediately after I booked. When checking in, the front desk was aware the entire bill was pre-paid. Upon checkout, the front desk was aware all was paid but was unable to provide confirmation and directed me to Booking.com who they note billed me for the stay, despite my insisting that the Booking.com reservation was clear that the hotel chain would bill me for my stay.

We arrived late at 2:30 AM after a delayed flight. Receptionist was so accommodating offering us cold water bottles and a later check out time. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

The location was good, very close to a lot of the things we travelled for. The place felt safe and secure and the noise was very minimal given the proximity to the highway.
The family across the hall from us was very noisy. They had children who would run up and down and bang on hotel doors.
