the staff from the check in to the chamber maids, all very friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. The free coffee at 4:00 AM (lol), when restaurant not open yet. The Baci restaurant staff as well were very friendly and accommodating as well, a special thank you to Nikitat at the front desk and Eva in the restaurant. The restaurant is lucky to have a server at only 20 years old as cheerful, and helpful as you. Thank you for finding a way for the lone of the wine stopper for my bottle of sparkling water to bring back to the room. Food was amazing , hats off to the chef. A huge thank you to the hotel and restaurant staff for making the 2 day stay for my nieces wedding a stress free and pleasant stay for myself and my family. It was 1 less thing to stress about for the bride and for this we are grateful. A++++++ For customer service and property quality. The staff that checked us in said that we would be able to pay for our stay when we check out, when we were checking out on the next morning, a different staff said no need it was charged to my credit card and argued that she would have to refund us and let us pay by debit. She did the charges twice without communicating that she already did the refund. She was a bit stuck up and didn't want to talk to us. We wanted to pay for our stay with the cash we had on hand not by debit...

The staff were kind and helpful. I called in to clarify a question prior to my arrival. MILLY was able to answer my questions and assist me over phone. Upon arrival when I checked in Joseph was able to accommodate a special request with such kind and speedy efficiency. I could not be happier. We ate dinner with our invited guests for a wedding in the Restraunt and the food was amazing. Breakfast was also purchased after the wedding day in the Restraunt on site and again the food was excellent.

That we did not say any longer. We will return. Nothing to not like here. My daughter is in the Honeymoon Suite. It was hot and there was knowledge that his is an ongoing problem with this suite yet nothing is done o fix this. While dressing and getting her hair/makeup done this increased temperature were hampering her ability to be comfortable.

Almost everything about this stay was perfect. The food, room, staff, and location were brilliant. The restaurant was especially lovely and the food was incredible. It was close to Hamilton where we were going to see a concert. Such a beautiful area with a lot of great restaurants nearby.

The only issue was finding parking one night due to two events going on at the same time. Additionally, since they were partying really late into the night we could hear the thumping music well past midnight. It wasn't so bad though. I'm glad they all had fun! :)

Breakfast was good quality and good value. Service was excellent (Mandy) Night receptionist was very professional and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Day reception had no other guests but were not particularly friendly e.g. no conversation about how we enjoyed our stay/plans for the day etc, and took longer than expected to take payment for breakfast with no apology/explanation for delay in processing. Specific request for room close to other family members (same booking) was because we had to transfer items between suitcases, therefore not ideal that we were put on different floors.

The room was very spacious and has everything you need. The cleanliness was good and on par with the 4 stars. The bed was nice and firm and definitely a good size.

Breakfast is unfortunately not included, which of course you know before you book but is a let down given the price you pay. During my stay the smoke alarm started chirping in the middle of the night. It was fixed the next day, but personnel didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or offer me some sort of compensation.

We did not have breakfast. We flew out too early to actually eat. The hotel kindly gave us to go breakfast bags that was really nice.

There was a family next door that did not care that their child was knocking on walls and screaming until 2 am in the morning. We think they hired a babysitter since we could hear mom come up from somewhere to check on kids every so often. There was a wedding so we think they were apart of that. The walls are thin. Screaming children until 2am was not desirable when we had a 7am flight out of Hamilton airport. We wished someone from the hotel curtailed the situation since the babysitter clearly did not care.

Comfy room. Nice tv size and lots of bathroom and sink space. Close to shopping and mostly quiet.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. The roomcast to stream apps to the tv was a nightmare. The chromecast button didnt work as intended. Every time the tv was turned off you would have to reboot the roomcast box to get it appear on screen and when you reboot it changes the wifi password so every time you reboot you would have to reconnect all of your devices.

Very clean and upscale property.

The only thing that I did not like about the property was that there was a party above us on the 5th floor and there was stomping and dancing and music until about midnight. It was hard to fall asleep. Maybe it was for a wedding but guests below should not have to deal with people dancing and loud music above them.

The hotel has an amazing scent as you enter the lobby It was clean and felt safe

Nobody mentioned the high provincial tax that was added to my bill. An extra $25/ nite I’m Canadian and I expected to pay GST and PST. But the additional tax was not explained Beds are too soft and sheets have too high a content of polyester, which makes them too hot!
