Hotel is beautiful, all the staff were friendly. The pool is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect

Our key didn’t work to get to the pool, multiple staff members couldn’t answer why. Turns out you have to book time at the pool, so that would have been nice to know. Also not allowing kids to swim between 10-5 is a bit inconvenient at the price paid. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang robes and towels. Although the motion activated underbed lighting seemed like a good idea, one side kept turning on and off all night disturbing my sleep.

Nice view, ok food. The Bean bar is mild expensive but great good bread, buns and drinks the in house restaurant very expensive but just ok on flavor half hen and sides but brings to room faster then you can get ice and a drink ready. The in room chips and drinks are nice. Max clean. Ice and water, soaps and such. Nice bed, computer, tv, phone.... couch.

I was sick so I wanted to stay longer but it was not in the cards. The time I was there I ate and rested with a drink and a view. Also missed out on the pool but it was bad timing for me.

Place is very nice, sophisticated, great views, amazing staff. valet service is excellent. Food is excellent.

Could have used dimmers in the fabulous spa like bathroom in the king suite, and a washroom access from the gym and pool or access to the spa bathroom without going outside in the hallway. Otherwise an excellent place location and overall value.

The view is amazing! We love the restaurant, great food and service. Excellent Coffee bar. Wonderful pool for relaxing. Brilliant location to travel to the Niagara Falls by car and stay out of the mainstream.

Parking cost are a bit bizarre in this town. It’s more expensive to park here in-front of the hotel than at Niagara Falls.

Gorgeous hotel, great products in washrooms and Nespresso in rooms. Breathtaking view of the lake and beside a lovely walking path. the location is wonderful. It’s in walking distance to so many great restaurants and venues.

It’s extremely loud and the rooms and halls are very small, even the suites. There are no change rooms for the pool.

The rooms were luxurious but comfortable The bed from mattress, linens to pillows were amazing! The food from their in-room dining restaurant was amazing! It was in a great location on the Burlingron lakeshore.

There wasn't enough sugar and regular tea/coffee for us and as early risers in-room dining wasn't yet available but it wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Also, I'm sure had I went down to the front desk I could have gotten more.

The rooms were stunning and beds extremely comfy — like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. Pool was beautiful and restaurant, delicious.

Only disappointment was that the spa doesn't take appointments on Mondays, and that's when we were there.

Beautiful, large rooms that are tastefully decorated; good spa; fantastic setting with good restaurant views.

Limited menu and very slow service at breakfast.

Everything was excellent but my favorite part had to be dinner at Isabelle Restaurant! Top notch. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, everything was amazing.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay more nights!

Is located by the lake with beautiful view and an infinity pool with a lake view too. For those who love water it’s a heavenly place.
