Dean and Michelle were superb in the restaurant. They are excellent ambassadors for your hotel. Closeness to the concert hall.

It was all good.

I’ve stayed at the Sheraton Hamilton a number of times and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are clean and the staff is attentive. It’s also the best location if you’re attending a hockey game or a concert!

The location is both good and bad. Good that it’s located close to a lot of business and amazing restaurants. Not so good is the number of homeless people who are within close proximity of the hotel. They are harmless, but if you don’t expect it - it could initially catch you off guard.

the location was good for visiting family in the area

I didn’t like that it was advertised as pet friendly but not advertised as an additional cost for pets. i spoke to the front desk about this and they said they would address the concern. nothing was done, nor did they speak to me about it. I also received 3 different charges and when I called the hotel directly when I got home, I was put through to the manager and he never returned my call to address the issue. I’m not very happy about this and May have to seek another hotel to meet my needs.

They had to pool unfortunately I was in the pool before they started to clean it so I was swimming around to noticed it looked a little bit grubby and after I was done swimming that's when the guy came out to clean it, the hot tub which must have been there was out of order but the yard was nice 24-hour a day gym. They have restaurant on site that's very expensive but the food's good small proportions of cheesecake not really worth $9 but still good with fresh berries. They have a bar that's nice and the staff at the bar are nice and the staff at the restaurant are nice. I lowered my expectations of Hamilton this is probably the best motel you're going to get in it's price range in such a horrible town. Great view unfortunately it's Hamilton and Hamilton there's not much to see here. Ice machine is nice and being close to the mall is nice being close to the liquor store even though there's a bar and being close to restaurants.

It's Hamilton Hamilton sucks nice view of homeless people that's not their fault expensive even at a reduced price because Hamilton's not worth it. Not as clean as it was the last time I was there. Rooms need cleaning pool needs cleaning ice machine needs real cleaning.

this is a great facility. there is a very nice lounge and restaurant, a very modern gym and everything functions well. it’s proximate to Starbucks and jackson square. it’s a great spot. the service staff are excellent.

the front desk staff seemed a little confused but all in all I liked everything very much. it was loud one night during my second week so they moved me to an upgraded room on a different floor.

I loved the view from our room and how bright the lights where in the room, it really made it easy to see at night. The tv was so cool and the beds where so comfy wish I had one of those mattresses at home.

Honestly there isn't anything that I would change about you place everything was exceptional

The room was a good size and the hotel offered everything I needed (e.g. a gym).

I didn’t love that COVID protocols for cleaning were still in place. I get it if you’re only there for a couple nights, but seeing as I booked a week - I didn’t think I would have had to ask for more towels or a room tidy. A suggestion would be to let longer staying guests know that they need to request the clean.

The staff was impeccable. The location was ideal.

The parking was scary. The underground parking facility had very limited parking by the elevator to access the hotel. This meant you had to park far from the elevator and this didn't feel safe particularly at night or early in the morning. There was adequate lights, no camera or guards. Just a bit scary for the solo traveler.

The Breakfast was good . And Breakfast Staff amazing! Warm and ready to help. With them, you want to come back.

Some of the front desk staff, could do better. Though I was particularly impressed with Andrea who went beyond the call.of duty. She. was superb.

My girlfriend and I were isolating with Covid for almost two weeks. The staff were attentive, kind, and careful about safety precautions. Isolation is never going to be fun, the the attentiveness and the quality of the space made it a lot easier for both of us.

The only part of the experience I didn’t enjoy was having Covid. In every other way the staff was extremely supportive, even bringing up care packages and food delivery so I could maintain isolation.
