Everything was pretty great. For a motel it was really clean and didn’t look like Motels usually do.

There was only one full size towel for 2 people. That was a little unusual. We arrived late Friday and left early Saturday so we just used the one between both of us but would have loved a second towel. They left us enough shampoo but I couldn’t get the little packet open. Good thing I had some in my bag from previous trips. I also used my own soap because one little bar left in the tub wouldn’t be enough for two people. The fan in the bathroom when you turned on the light was loud as well.

All I needed was a clean quiet safe room and the Royal Inn exceeded my expectations! Comfortable, good quality, fresh wrinkleless sheets,/towels, comforter, desk, fridge, microwave, alarm clock, tv w card key lock. Felt so safe that I opened the window for some fresh air from the fenced back yard with big trees and no back alley. Newly paved ground level parking, no one above me and no sounds from neighboring rooms, no cigarette or medical smoke. Thank-you for paying attention to all the little details Royal Inn!

Very quiet. Beds comfortable. Room was small but manageable. Great location, close to coffee and breakfast options.

The heating unit was quite stinky for the first day (perhaps filters need cleaned). When on low, it would cycle every 5 minutes and run for 30 seconds. We ended up just shutting it off at night.

Very clean and friendly. 1 block from our friends house . Nice hot water in the shower. I also liked the fact that the plastic cups were individually wrapped. Looks it was completely renovated.

That it didn’t have a tea and coffee in room.

The bed was clean but incredibly uncomfortable for me, my husband didn’t mind so much.

Very quiet and clean facilities. Short drive to almost anything you could need very friendly staff and just overall excellent accommodations especially for the overall low price

despite being clearly clean the room seems a little stuffy in need of air circulation, I suggest leaving the windows or door open for a while

For my needs it was a good location - near the GO station. The room was everything I expected.
