I liked everything about this location the only thing that we had a problem with is the barrier of language and the music that was played on the last night down at the pool, The gentleman that was there had language and music playing so very loud and it was pakistani I believe. Do not mind that but in an area that is so confined is unsuitable I feel. They are now in Canada and should be listening to more suitable music. I am very sorry for the criticism but I just feel as though we are not living in Canada anymore we are living in a foreign country. There were other people however that we met that were absolutely awesome. ie pakistani people working there too great and valued working and being considerate.

The fact that we were foreign to our own country. Sad but very true.. The foreign people have taken over. Dont get me wrong it is happening everywhere. Unfortunate but the english speaking people are a minority now.

We had breakfast at your restaurant on the 22 August and the waitress was wonderful. The pool was enjoyed by all. This was the main reason we booked this property.

We would have liked to bowl, but it was closed. We picked up take out and sat outside the pool area. With 4 children it was a perfect spot to play It would be a good idea to upgrade that sitting area. There was a big table but no chairs.

I loved how the room was clean amd ready for us when we arrived. Everything was stocked up and tv and a/c were in working order. We explored the hotel and did some swimming.

It smelled like they reuse the cloths to clean. The cloths must have a damp smell and it transfers to the floors and counters. Since we are in pandemic, I take caution everywhere we go, so I brought my own disinfecting supplies so it smelled like products but it was better.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Loved the room, the bed was so comfortable. Very clean throughout. Location is excellent.

Restaurant is only open for breakfast Wed.-Sun. We were there Monday to Tuesday. But just a few minutes away was an amazing restaurant we had breakfast at so worked out fine.

Clean and staff was friendly.

Noisy and could hear your neighbors easily and no elevator for 2nd floor. ( or none that we were told about) Thought it was pricey for what you got. No continental breakfast and room was small and just average.

Everybody was friendly, and the restaurant adjacent was great with the stunning winter wonderland view and extremely friendly servers.

Didn't know the water view would be so nice, our room was facing the parking lot so not so exciting. Our own fault, we will book water facing next time.

incredible staff. every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond and very friendly. room was clean and pool/hot tub were great. bowling alley on location was very convenient. a little pricey for basic room with no view, but Covid prices has everything expensive. great location for hiking lots of falls in the area. excellent burger/icecream joint across the road

Great location- walking distance to downtown- kayak/canoe rentals just down the street and good burgers plus mini putt right across the street. Right on the river also.

Breakfast opened at 8am should be sooner. Outside seating area on the river needs a lot of updating and repairs.

The pool was great, staff great, room was great. wonderful to have a fridge and microwave. coffee in the lobby was also great.

Understanding covid restrictions, the outside patio being open with a few chairs and tables would of been lovely. If there is anywhere to shine during covid it would of been outside. it had so much potential and would of been favorable for waiting for people outside instead of the lobby. Also the lobby rug where the couch's were was filthy. the pool area had a few tables and chairs outside and people appreciated it and used them.But if the back shone like the front of the hotel did with the flowers it would of been spectacular. all in all great value.

The room was great. We did not have time to use the pool. Nor the bowling alley. Hopefully, when we return next year we shall. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel just needs a bit of an update in decor. The hotel is clean and comfortable though.
