Location was phenomenal. And the hotel staff was great and very friendly. The common areas were lovely. Our room in particular was OK. It was older, but the bed were new and very comfortable.

The room for the price wasn’t up to par in comparison to some of the other rooms. We were there for a wedding, so we got to see some of the other guests rooms who paid the same amount. It was clean and the bathroom was nice and the beds were really nice. I would just say that the room is a bit older.

The hotel have access to the lake!! They have indoor swimming pool . Small but enough good to have fun. The hotel is really clean… the bed is really confortable… staff is very friendly. Check in so easy. Check out is easy too.

This was our first time in this hotel we just stayed one night, we didn’t have more time to stay another night!!!

This Hotel is right on Lake Simcoe with a beautiful view of the lake. Although the facilities had a little wear & Tear on the outside, it was overall really clean & the staff was extremely nice. We were also traveling with our twin 4-yr olds, & the weekend breakfast buffet was free for them.

Just some minor repairs needed due to wear, like a couple worn deck boards in the back. Ice machine wasn’t working, but staff provided Ice in a Cooler by the front desk.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Service was very friendly and welcoming. It made our visit fun. The room was spacious. They upgraded us to a suite. The staff were a lot of fun to talk with. The location on Lake Simcoe. is superb. I'd like to come back in the summer.

There were some needed repairs in the room and restaurant. Nothing serious, just cosmetic issues.

Liked the room, parking space

Access to the lake is limited. We prefered to use the adjacent public park which has a dock to get in the water. It's not the hotel's fault but the entire area around Lake Simcoe screams "residents only, no tourists" ; some public parking spaces display that sign literally.

Location was fine but as there were guests from a couple of weddings the day before service was understandably slow. The manager apologized for the long wait and said our breakfast was on the house which I thought was a very nice touch.

There were no ice machines in our section which was a small inconvenience.

We loved the setting on Lake SImcoe. We were ten for supper on the patio and the service was excelelent, the meals very good and it was great to be outside.

I booked three rooms and did ask for them to be close together since we are a family but we were different ends of the complex

Room was very clean and comfortable

We checked in at approximately 2:40 in the afternoon and then went onto our social event. We returned to the property around 10:30 p.m. only to find our room keys did not work. Thus was most frustrating after a long day of travel. The night clerk was very professional and got things sorted; however, this shouldn’t have happened at all.

The GM was very helpful and concerned. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Amenities were upto the mark.

The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing as they didn’t have whatever we ordered from the menu. The things we ordered seemed to be frozen food as the quality and taste was not we expected.

location is amazing by the beach. its a motel so very easy to take out things out of car

room was nasty, when we checked in, felt like somebody just went out after smoking inside the room. we opened the doors in cold temperature to get rid of the bad smoking odour.
