I liked the clean room, and the body wash in the showers. I liked that the hotel was easily accessible from both sides of the main road and very close to the highway. My stay was very quiet - the hotel is very large and I stayed on a far left wing of the first floor. Parking was not an issue, and I felt safe leaving my car parked outside.

I was told on check-in that housekeeping was available on request, and during my stay housekeeping came in without my knowledge. I didn't mind the bed freshening and new towels but would have liked to know so that my personal belongings were not out.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. Lots of parking, and a convenient location, handy to the highway. A nice bar area for those who might want it in the evening. Staff at reception, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

One suggestion. Please cover the windows on the french doors in the tower suites, so that the light from the seating/TV area cannot shine into the bedroom.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Lots of plugs for electronics. Shower was updated without a bathtub. The hotel seemed very luxurious! Lots of security cameras!

The only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was not a secure. We were only there for one night. No real complaints.

Friendly staff and fairly clean environment. Close to where we needed to be. We would love to return and try the restaurant and bar as it looked very inviting.

The room smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. Luckily we spent most of the day outside and didn't have to deal with the smell. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly and would fill with water quickly.

The room was very clean. Didn't smell. Was able to park close to our room. Lots out outlets beside the bed.

We were not told we had to request a room cleaning, our room service tray sat in the room all day. We had to ask for a menu for room service. While watching TV we couldn't get rid of this annoying message in the corner. LPAN not connected (or something like that)

Great location and wonderful dining room and breakfast. Staff in dining room were very attentive and pleasant

Furniture was very uncomfortable. Towels were dirty. Spent my two day watching TV on my bed. Probably will not stay there again for the price I paid.

The bed was veeery comfortable but the two sets of pillows were a bit too soft for my likeness. Maybe they’ll should have two different consistencies for the sets. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The shower head should be updated to a rain shower instead of the old fashion ones.

The breakfast buffet was good. It was a little later in the morning when we ate so I think the food would have been a bit better earlier.

Housekeeping staff came around a bit early on check out day but other than that everything was great

Great breakfast! Decent pool, great staff, clean and quiet.

Pool towels were not stocked, but staff did properly apologize. No wash clothes were in the room, but again staff promptly brought us them. and a better explanation of how to use the tv would be good.
