Comfort Inn Airport West

Front Desk clerks were friendly especially Sunny who made a good first impression to me and my family. He took care of whatever we needed and even bringing fresh sets of towels personally even if was past his work time. I would also like to recognize Lucky for his amicable demeanor.

There was one time the we had dinner at JC Grill. After that we didn’t go again. The food served that night were not warm, especially the chicken and fries I ordered. Perhaps, it was because an hour before closing time, but it shouldn’t have been an excuse to not serve a hot meal. The chicken was also dry and tough.

We came in on a very late flight at 5am and has to check out at 11. The gentleman working the deak gave us a late check out on the house seeing how exhausted we were. Rooms are so clean and perfect for a place to crash before or after your flight. Walk out made it so easy for luggage and getting to and from your vehicle. We stayed the night before our flight and return, the staff is so friendly and the restaurant was great!

Snow plowing/shoveling in the parking lot around vehicles was terrible. I had to hike through huge snow banks to get my luggage and ended up ruining my shoes. I understand there is many park sleep and fly and they can't plow around the parked cars, but maybe they should have a seperate parking lot for those people. We were just over night and drove ourselves to airport parking and found it hard to access our door to unload luggage etc.

Great shuttle and fast service back and forth to the airport. Beautiful Hotel room. I needed some Covid related - travel documents downloaded and copied, etc. for my travel the next day to Japan, and more or less in an ASAP manner, and the two night-shift gentlemen working that evening ( Lucky was one of the guys, and not sure of the other gentleman's name) and both of these guys were able to help me over and above what I realistically expected as they were working and checking in guests, answering phones, etc., at the same time. A real Great Assistance to me, and I am very grateful for all of their hard wok and helping me get everything in order for the next day's trip. Thanks very much guys !!!

Super comfortable bed and pillow, super clean room and had everything you could ask for; fridge, microwave, good wifi, good tv, well-stocked room. We had a bit of a wait to get our shuttle from the airport, but that was a glitch on my bank's part. Morning shuttle driver was so awesome! 4am, yet he shows up with a smile and did a whole "cash cab" routine that was fun and entertaining! Put a huge smile on our faces, which really started our day right, and helped immensely when we later got a power-tripping cow in airport security!

It was about a 15 minute drive from the airport, which is probably typical in Toronto? Anyway, not really an issue against the hotel, especially since they provided a free shuttle service. Really, I don't know why this hotel isn't rated much higher; WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Close to airport. Friendly staff, fast check-in and check out. There is a restaurant for the breakfast. Comfortable bed. It's good place for transfer to/from YYZ

A bit chaotic transfer organization form YYZ. There was rude operator who just said "I can't hear you" and put phone off 3 times. It made me nervous. I don't know why it's impossible to inform about place of the transfer pick up in the message or booking chat (here they only gave a phone for calling), I think it would be much more comfortable for both travelers and the hotel.

Very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. Shuttle service was on time, easy to find, and the driver was friendly. It was a bonus to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Bed were clean.

The check in service is late at 16:00. I think it should be a little earlier. I was on a red-eye flight and landed at 7am and my connection was delayed 24 hrs. The desk clerk did bend the rules and allowed me to check in at 14:00. Maybe have a room just for this occasion with a morning check in.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The room was quiet without a lot of hallway noise. Check-in was enjoyable and very expedient. A luggage cart made lugging bags a lot easier. Plenty of parking and very accessible to the main thoroughfare.

Hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but did seem a little dated, although I am being picky here. It was a pleasant hotel stay.

I love the room, it has different lamp options (warm and white). The staff is amazing from the cleaning personnel all the way up to the front desk and the restaurant staff, which offers amazing food for great and fair prices. The hotel also offers an amazing and convenient shuttle service. So I totally recommend this place to anyone in Toronto.

There is nothing I didn't like about this place.

First night after our transatlantic flight from the UK. Staff amazingly friendly, room immaculately clean and as quiet as you can get under the flight path to the airport. Will definitely book and use their free airport shuttle next time.! Breakfast not included but easy to find, as a great bonus, restaurant access directly from the accommodation. Great curry meal for our evening meal. What's not to like???

Convenient location close to the airport for our early morning flight, free shuttle to airport, easy check in and out and special thanks to Lucky who let us check in early on the day we arrived. We would have been hanging around at the airport for hours otherwise. It was very much appreciated Lucky. Thanks so much !
