it was near the Airport and the staff were ok

The bedsheets were not changed and the pillows, they had a human smell and not clean it was a shame otherwise it not that I would have scored them excellent. It’s not fair to sleep in someone else’s sweet and smell. very disgusting, I had to sleep on top of the sheets using my Lesu to cover myself thank God it was hot. and room needed more air it was very hot.

The rooms were exceptionally quiet. Not every hotel can boast that. There was a marriage party sharing our floor and we heard nary a peep. The facilities were nice, a (freezing) pool, a steaming hot Jacuzzi and a weight room. The staff was courteous but not overly engaging.

That pool was bitter cold. Fortunately, the whirlpool/Jacuzzi was hot hot hot! We would have liked a microwave in the room, but there was a fridge.

Room cleanliness.

I arrived in Toronto late so need to order food delivery. The first receptionist was very helpful in telling me to receive food on my behalf and get it delivered to my room. However, the shift changed and the second person refused to bring order to the room, rather asked me to come down to pick it up myself. Not helpful at all. The message exchange between two receptionists before changing their duties was not properly done. I wonder among those two receptionists whose response was right - agree to deliver food to the room or refuse to deliver?

It was quiet, comfy and clean. Just wished there was a microwave. Limescale in the Kureg made it unusable for drinks or hot water. Otherwise it was a great stay. The staff was exceptional and made my stay that much better!

Forementioned limescale in the Kureg and lack of microwave to heat food. Really would've like a kitchenette but I got what I paid for.

Everything offered, but no food was served. Rooms and facilities along with staff was just exceptional, maybe a grade above my usual standards.

Contract painting underway during my stay, which compromised HP parking slightly. Only other complaint were high-boy mattresses which made it slightly difficult for overnight relief

The room was clean and well furnished. The containers of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were generous, i didn’t have to use mine.

The towel were like humid a bit, maybe they should b more dry. I also didn’t like the fact that i have to inform the reception to clean the room, and change the sheets otherwise they won’t do it.

The stay was just one night to get us close for our flight the next day; kids loved the pool and the room was comfortable & room to stretch. I misread the description & believed breakfast was included -it was good but a bit pricey. Staff was very friendly. Bonus was all the dinner options just a 12m walk away.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Very helpful and supportive. Continous cleaning of the premises on ground floor. Comfortable and good size rooms. Great location.

Not including breakfast in the room rate. More frequent carpet cleaning on upper floors.

The room was perfect for my stay. It was close to the training centre I was at for work, and also was great to go find food at night. Close to Square One for shopping as well. Staff were really nice and helpful!

The room was very dry.

Everything was great, the jacuzzi was awesome to relax after the event we attended.

I'd needed to have access to the pay Wifi but cannot manage it and the staff couldn't help me because that was a Marriott issue
