The initial greeting from staff Maylene(sp?) was superb. First impressions are everything, especially when working in customer service. Great customer service says a lot about a person; and being greeted, feeling welcomed, having a swift check-in process, by Maylene, and (another young lady) as it was our first time visiting, indeed exceeded my/our expectations. Keep up the great work. From observation, from the initial greeting from staff at the time of arrival to the hardworking kitchen cook's/staff, even during or in a challenge, they continued to persevere with a smile and excellence. The company should be proud. The room setup was great. There was just enough room for my family and I.

Though the hotel doesn't seem dated, there were some areas of the room(s) that could use some TLC and be addressed. Though we'd been accommodated during our stay to a new room, the bathroom, fridge, and kitchen items weren't clean. Which made being comfortable a bit difficult. However, we made it work.

The breakfast was good, a nice variety each day and had "hot" food too, not just muffins, bagels and cereal. The lady who ran the breakfast section was extremely friendly!

I am lactose intolerant and there was usually cheese with the eggs each day. I realize it would be more work, but the option to have eggs without cheese would have been nice. One other complaint that is hard to control, however, on the Thursday night, the hotel was full with a large number of teenagers who were noisy and running around the halls until 1:00 am. I'm not sure if there is security to deal with that type of thing.

Super friendly staff, we checked in at 12AM and was met with a smile regardless. Very spacious suite and decent breakfast.

We were provided with only three sets of towels instead of four, but it was too late in the evening so we did not bother asking for more, small issue.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms were spacious and front desk staff really friendly. The coffee was also top notch, which is a huge plus for me.

Our bedrooms heaters and AC units didn't work great and smelled damp/sour when we returned for our second night. The breakfast would be even better if they had included trays to go back to your room with food. We traveled with a young family and bringing up enough breakfast for everyone was very tricky.

Loved the 2 bedroom suit, great for families. Full kitchen was great as we saved money by cooking our own meals.

The make your own waffles were great, however, a non pork option for meat would have been nice. Went down at 740 and food was almost gone, could have more stations. But over all was great.

i love the location, room size and breakfast

pool broke. there were lots of kids running around being crazy. also our room wasn’t cleaned for 6 days

Friendly staff, beautiful rooms

Minimal security to stop rowdy people from yelling and running down the halls. Rooms were fairly clean, but sheets had some stains and I found leftover food on floor under footstool.

breakfast was good. Room was nice sized and comfortable. Location was nice if you were flying in/out.

TV didn't work as we entered the room by it was serviced upon request.

Customer service, I would like to name Tanya Kooger, super profesional and helpful exceeding standards and taking personal care to every detail; she is the type of employee that everyone would love to have.

Breakfasts were optimal, with traditional offers. No parking fees, which makes a sharp advantage compared to 2 hotels in the vicinity that I have booked at. All excellent.

I prefer to stay at a hotel without quarantine clients !
