Staff pretty good with exceptions. Cleaning Staff very good, Comfortable beds.

Pool had too much chlorine as my eyes burned for a good 8 hours after.I do however have a problem with deposit being taken for every night of stay and couldnt even pay cash for that and get my money back after my stay, it takes roughly 7 days for me to get my deposit back for each stay. that is very bad service.. when inquired I was told Company policy, I dont make the rules and I am only working here and do not have anyone that can give me a proper answer. Smiling faces however heard some of the remarks after my questions. Not appreciated.

Staff were friendly. They accepted our early check-in request and offered us breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby 24h.

Breakfast was minimal but delicious. Not much items in bathroom except soaps and shampoo. Location was hard to access with public transport but close to airport if you have car. + I was requested in booking.com to pay extra 4-5 dollars after 1 month of my stay due to price change! I have not paid that but that was weird.

Good beds, spotless, close for in -transit,quiet, breakfast full and varied. We have stayed many times. Sauri at front desk in early evening was superb, smiles and patience for frazzled customers with lost luggage etc. Noon check out is good, allowed extra hour for a delayed flight. Thank you again.

No lobby for guests with luggage waiting for bus so took over breakfast room. Apparently there were cancelled flights etc so this might have been the exception. All good, really.

it isn’t about the property that I didn’t like, it was towards the end of our stay, that we waited for the shuttle to take my mom to the airport, when it finally came, the driver didn’t take her and told her to wait until 1pm since he has another person to take to the airport. he even told us that we should’ve taken the 12pm shuttle, which wasn’t there since we checked out before 12 and was told by the Front desk that the shuttle will come in 2 mins, no shuttle came until 12:20, and then he refused to take her.. I had to put my mom in an Uber to be safe to get into the airport in time.. just very disappointed on that driver of the shuttle service..

Breakfeast was good but ended up going to Cora'a for the last morning instead. Staff was amazing. Beds were comfy

I don't remember seeing anywere that a 300$ deposit was asked. I expected magbe the usual 100$ but here its 300$. They also want you to pay the full amont by credit card. On the description it said we have the pay with the card we reserved and I had reserved with my visa debit. Thankfully they accepted that I pay the stay with my debit and the security deposit on the credit card.

I stayed there with my two children for a single night. We enjoyed the clean spacious room and bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. There was enough furniture for us to have a take-out dinner comfortably. The swimming pool access hours were very accommodating.

We took a room with a double bed and a couch bed. The couch bed was not prepared in spite of the fact there were 3 of us staying in the room. The air conditioning in the corridor that blew directly into our entrance door was very loud even with the door closed. The swimming pool area was quite dirty with a very dusty floor and tables around the pool smeared with food inspite of complete absence of people there. We did not like disposable only cuttlery, plates and cups at the breakfast as well as rather dismissive/ not welcoming staff in the breakfast area.

Break fast Location Front Desk staff . We came to the hotel around 0830 AM, totally exhausted from 12 hours flight, and requested for early check-in. The front desk girl VIOLET WAS so helpful, arranged a room for us within a very short span of time. We also offered hot breakfast while housekeeping staff was working to prepare our room. We have also offered hot breakfast during the waiting period. The other two front desk girls, kajal and Raquel, were also very pleasant and helpful for taking care of minor requests. I will definitely share this pleasant experience with our friends and family .

Room was very clean, beds and pillows were nice and comfy. The bathroom had a generous supply of towels, soap, toiletries. The front desk provided a disposable razor and a small tube of toothpaste when requested and there were other items available’gratis’ as well. We appreciated the free coffee/tea bar and I was able to purchase a nice bottle of white wine and some nuts from the little shop near the front desk - and the prices were surprisingly decent! The free breakfast provided a great variety of foods to choose from: omelette, boiled eggs, sausages, hash browns, assortment of breads plus bagels, cereals, granolas, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffle maker, juices. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Bonus: free shuttle bus service to the airport. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you. 🙏

Staff at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. We were leaving early in the morning and we asked for (and received) a breakfast bag to take with us. Airport shuttle went easy and fast. Bed was comfy. Quiet place.

They don't have breakfast bags in the weekends. We each did get one bag, as there were some in the kitchen, but normally there aren't. And that is weird: what difference does it make whether it is Thursday or Saturday? One would like breakfast regardless, especially when leaving very early. Not cheap, this hotel.

The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant at oSur late night check-in and at morning check-out. The morning shuttle to the airport was waiting in advance of departure and the driver was pleasant and informative to talk to. The room was comfortable and well equipped with fridge and microwave oven. The hot breakfast was very good.

We had booked a king bed, but only rooms with two queen beds were available when we arrived. The hotel's shuttle pick up from Pearson Airport was a little slow and it required our moving all our luggage to a different, distant pick up location (zone 13) outside the airport than we had been told was the Hampton Inn's pick-up spot (zone 42). WARNING: It turns out there are two Hampton Inns with 'airport' designation. Be sure that you know which one you have reserved.
