I was working in the area for a week, and it was 5 minutes from the site. I requested groud floor and they accommodated. My room was made up every day, perfectly. There are working cameras everywhere, too, so I felt my vehicle and tools were good and safe. Because of its location to downtown Toronto and the highway, it is the perfect location for travelers and vacationers. Every night, there would be a group of people, all strangers, hanging out outside, talking, and laughing. It was nice to meet new and friendly people. I would imagine that on a long weekend, this place would be an excellent place to stay!! Thanks 😊

As always, the hotel TVs could be upgraded to smart tvs. They had the local cable channels, which is better than most hotels. But I think it's time for an upgrade at all hotels. Hotel soap isn't the best either. Lol

Great location with 24hour checkin. The girl in the afternoon reception was amazing. I wish I asked her name, she was great with helping me with directions to Australian Consulate and around Toronto with things to do. She was always happy to have a chat and even got us some extra pillows, thank you ! We would definitely stay again as public transport is right outside the door and hotel is surrounded with restaurants and a Tim Hortons across the street.

Not really did not like as for $110 a night in Toronto you can’t really complain but a coffee cup and kettle would be nice. Property is very dated but it was ok for the money. Tv kept cutting out until I worked out it was the power cable an I reconnected it. A/C was cold but a very noisy.

The room size was good, the bed was very comfy, and the location was good, especially because we travelled by bus and the hotel is within walking steps from a bus stop. The neighbourhood is also good, with many options of places to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The highlight was the staff. We arrived after midnight and they waited for us. Checking in and out was very easy.

The bathroom had a funny mould smell when we turned the shower on. I also missed the "do not disturb" signal to let at the door if we wanted more privacy.

Fridge and Microwave were a salvation. Functional appointments. Great location surrounded with first rate eateries. Room air comfort was good for initial cold and adapted well to warming weather.

Need way more electrical outlets. Need to make better accommodation for internet use. Rooms could use a work table or laptop table. Need newer mattresses, these were bumpy and harsh. Need better main lighting which is weak. Need better cable TV. No Sports were available, little to watch.

nice and clean ,room 135 back of building did not hear any road noise , a very pleasant surprise, lots of places close for food gas (which I was needing) beer store close (also needed) if I am going to be in the Toronto area need beer... I live in the northern part of Muskoka where we have very little traffic noise , so noise from traffic will wake me up

nothing that they could do the entrance way is a bit tight to pull into if someone is trying to leave

The staff was friendly and even lent me a phone charger when I forgot mine. Let me stay longer for a small fee. Lots of restaurants in the area and ikea is just down the road.

Some of the other guests were sketchy, offering to sell things I was not interested in buying

Rooms were updated and very comfortable. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

They forgot to give me the code for wifi upon check in and I had to ask for extra pillows but overall were super helpful with these when I asked.

The amenities of the room

Staff was constantly on personal phone calls, There’s burn wholes on the sheets and it smelled like cigarettes inside room. More lighting more outlets ( some didn’t work).

It was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Burgerking beside the hotel and Tim Hortons across the street

I can not think of anything I didn't like. The remote was a little wonky wouldn't work sometimes. I could of called front desk but it was no big deal to me.

Check in check out very fast and easy oh ya people at reception very nice and polite Love my room it was perfect 🥰

The lovesit stain don't like to complain but should be clean or ????? But everything else nice
