Good location - for both airport and city. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet despite being beside a main road. Plenty of (free) parking spaces.

Was expecting a sofa in our two-bed room, as described by booking.com, but there was no sofa. That was a little disappointing, particularly because we stayed for 11 nights, but it was no major problem.

Hotel is about 15mins from the airport. Reasonably quiet location with a bus stop outside, where you can catch the 123B or D to the Sherway Gardens Mall 1.5km away. There are a couple of other bus stops a few minutes walk where other routes also go to the Mall. Large ground floor room with a king bed, large desk area and wardrobe and a good sized bathroom. 24hr coffee and tea available in the lobby breakfast area with crockery cups not throwaway ones. A bonus is the ground floor guest laundry. Very good breakfast choice, fresh fruit salad,cereals, juices, bagels, bread, pastries, muffins, toaster and waffle maker, sausages and scrambled eggs one morning, bacon and potatoe the next. Was a great place to stay if you don't have to go into the city.

The breakfast area is quite small with seating for only about 16, which is even more restricted when people sit around working on laptops or reading!!!

Well laid out room with up to date comforts (USB chargers, fridge/microwave that works, in room safe, and so/on). Breakfast bar was well organized. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of local area (i.e. Currency Exchange, Restaurants, etc.). Would use this location again for vacation in Toronto. Can take Queensway / Queen Avenue into downtown Toronto - avoiding congested freeway systems.

With all locations near a major thoroughfare (Q127 in this case), road noise was noticeable on occasion. Would have wished for more pegs in the bathroom to hold up towels to dry and some sort of textured bathtub floor for safer showering.

Breakfast was great, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that the breakfast is different on different days so on certain days I didn’t eat much because the main things were things I wasn’t a fan of. Hotel was sparkling clean, very friendly housekeepers and everything was very updated and kept up with nicely.

Breakfast attendant was nice and it was great that she was stocking everything making sure there was a enough for everybody but it made us feel like we were constantly in her way since she had to keep walking in front of everybody every day to stock things. Breakfast area very small, didn’t want to eat outside in the heat under the tent.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. There was plenty of space to park a car; we stayed on the ground floor and we were able to park our car right next to our bedroom. The breakfast was good. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was no tea/cofee making facilities in the room, but they were available 24/7 free of charge in the breakfast area right next to the reception. The hotel was conveniently located: the drive to downtown Toronto took no more than 25 to 30 minutes; the distance to the international airport was similar.

There was no lift (elevator), so if you were staying on the upper floor you would have to carry your luggage up the stairs. We were, however, made aware of this during the check in, so we chose to stay on the ground floor instead.

I recently stayed at the Stay Inn Hotel in Toronto and had a mixed experience. Here’s a detailed review highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of my stay: Positive Aspects Room: The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa and a table, which added to the comfort and convenience. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, which is always a crucial factor for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a busy day. Bathroom: The toilet and shower were also very clean, and the bathroom was stocked with basic toiletries. Parking: A significant advantage of this hotel is the free parking with plenty of parking spaces available. Location: The Stay Inn Hotel is located in Etobicoke, about a 30-minute drive from central Toronto. While it’s a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, the hotel’s location provides a quieter environment and easy access to major highways. Overall Experience In summary, while the Stay Inn Hotel Toronto has some notable positives such as clean, spacious rooms and ample free parking, there are areas that need improvement. The lack of an elevator, a cramped breakfast area with limited options, and the additional fee for early check-in detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. If these issues are addressed, the Stay Inn Hotel could offer a much better experience for its guests.

No elevator: One major downside of the hotel is the lack of an elevator. This can be particularly inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Breakfast: The breakfast area was extremely small, making it feel cramped during busy times. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Early check-In fee: After traveling from Niagara Falls, I arrived at the hotel at 14:10 and requested to check in 50 minutes earlier than the standard time. Unfortunately, the hotel staff informed me that I would have to pay an additional $30 for early check-in, which I found unreasonable and refused to pay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Decor was so appealing, different from many of the other hotel chains that all look the same. It was cleaner than many higher rated hotels. The breakfast bar was very well put together, and even though it has the usual items, they just seemed to be a better quality. The plank flooring just felt cleaner, not having to walk on carpet.

There was just one small protruding knob on the wall for towels in our bathroom… a towel bar or larger multiple hooks would have been convenient for hand towel and especially bath towels. Refrigerator makes a noise and there is no knob to turn off while we were sleeping

clean ! well maintained. we reached after dark and around 6hrs after the check in time (we had called earlier) the check in was smooth and the room was clean and ready. a very efficient and clean breakfast spread. nothing too fancy but all options for drinks tea coffee juice. breads, waffle maker and toppings. its not fancy but i wasn’t looking for fancy either. its a good spot and will recommend and revisit ! very friendly staff (though i didn’t run into any troubles so dont know how dispute resolution may look like)

no water bottle in the room. theres a vending machine for that. thats okay not a big issue, but just when you arrive the first couple of bottles in the room would be a great upgrade! note this property does not have an elevator.

We were very happy with our stay! We traveled from Ottawa (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we rented 1 room with 2 queen size beds. Since the moment we entered the building we were pleasantly surprised with a quality of the hotel. Staff was friendly, everything smells good in the building, our room was very clean and tidy! Black out curtains helped us a lot. Breakfast is included! Don't expect a huge menu, but we got to have scrambled eggs, waffles, baggles, coffee, etc. Parking was included as well. Our room was on a first floor and our balcony doors were facing our car, so it made it easier to pack a car on our way back. If we ever have to come back, I will choose them again!

Good to stay and explore Toronto and Niagra by car or Uber and only a short hop away from the airport. Breakfast had been pretty okay for an Inn, fully meeting our expectations. Room was clean and as shown on booking com. Only the close industrial neigbourhood looked a bit messy. In case you don't have a car, make sure you are okay with the shops and restaurents nearby - they are very limited but had been sufficient for us in what we regard as being in walking distance. Great staff keeping evering clean and tidy - thanks for that!
