Good location - for both airport and city. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet despite being beside a main road. Plenty of (free) parking spaces.

Was expecting a sofa in our two-bed room, as described by booking.com, but there was no sofa. That was a little disappointing, particularly because we stayed for 11 nights, but it was no major problem.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. There was plenty of space to park a car; we stayed on the ground floor and we were able to park our car right next to our bedroom. The breakfast was good. The staff were very polite and helpful. There was no tea/cofee making facilities in the room, but they were available 24/7 free of charge in the breakfast area right next to the reception. The hotel was conveniently located: the drive to downtown Toronto took no more than 25 to 30 minutes; the distance to the international airport was similar.

There was no lift (elevator), so if you were staying on the upper floor you would have to carry your luggage up the stairs. We were, however, made aware of this during the check in, so we chose to stay on the ground floor instead.

The room was big and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which helped us sleep really well after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel has ample parking space so we didn't have any trouble with our car and it isn't more than 20 minutes from downtown Toronto, which makes it an ideal stay for visiting the city with a car. The breakfast was a varied buffet, with eggs, bacon, beans, yogurt, bread, fruit and juices, which helped us boost our energy for the long day ahead. Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to go visit Toronto with a car.

clean ! well maintained. we reached after dark and around 6hrs after the check in time (we had called earlier) the check in was smooth and the room was clean and ready. a very efficient and clean breakfast spread. nothing too fancy but all options for drinks tea coffee juice. breads, waffle maker and toppings. its not fancy but i wasn’t looking for fancy either. its a good spot and will recommend and revisit ! very friendly staff (though i didn’t run into any troubles so dont know how dispute resolution may look like)

no water bottle in the room. theres a vending machine for that. thats okay not a big issue, but just when you arrive the first couple of bottles in the room would be a great upgrade! note this property does not have an elevator.

We were very happy with our stay! We traveled from Ottawa (3 adults and 1 toddler) and we rented 1 room with 2 queen size beds. Since the moment we entered the building we were pleasantly surprised with a quality of the hotel. Staff was friendly, everything smells good in the building, our room was very clean and tidy! Black out curtains helped us a lot. Breakfast is included! Don't expect a huge menu, but we got to have scrambled eggs, waffles, baggles, coffee, etc. Parking was included as well. Our room was on a first floor and our balcony doors were facing our car, so it made it easier to pack a car on our way back. If we ever have to come back, I will choose them again!

Good to stay and explore Toronto and Niagra by car or Uber and only a short hop away from the airport. Breakfast had been pretty okay for an Inn, fully meeting our expectations. Room was clean and as shown on booking com. Only the close industrial neigbourhood looked a bit messy. In case you don't have a car, make sure you are okay with the shops and restaurents nearby - they are very limited but had been sufficient for us in what we regard as being in walking distance. Great staff keeping evering clean and tidy - thanks for that!

All good, as expected.

Very good size well renovated room. We liked the sitting area with a sofa and great bathroom. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We did not hear any sound at night, although it's possible that the rooms next to ours were empty during that period. There was no coffee machine in the room but coffee is available 24h for free in the breakfast area next to the lobby. Breakfast was better than expected, popular with guests, which can make sitting a bit difficult for short periods.

Neighborhood doesn't have much to offer, you definitely need a car to find good dinning and shopping. Luckily, everything is 10-15 minutes away. Also, we had a great last minute booking rebate but rates were still a bit higher than we wanted to pay. Then again, for Toronto, prices are very competitive.

A lovely clean and modern hotel, very well appointed with nice staff. Lovely room which was quiet.

Breakfast room was too small and breakfast items seemed to run out quite quickly and not be replenished. There isn't much in the local area within walking distance apart from a shopping mall and some restaurants both of which are 20-25 minutes walk away and not a very pleasant walk. Ideally you need a car if staying here.

The reviews are right, this is a great property for an economical price. It is nicely renovated, tastefully decorated, an very clean. Location is great. Definitely recommend this property.

It would have been good to have a coffee maker or kettle in the room with even instant coffee and tea. While coffee/tea is available 24/7 off the lobby, it isn't always convenient to go there when it would be easy to have it in the room. Also there is no elevator which is important to know for accessibility.

Room was clean and new, with 2 big comfortable beds. My partner is a heavy smoker but he could go out from the back door to outside and he had no stress :) Could have some free coffee from the machine after breakfast time too.

Receptionist could be more friendly with smile. For arrival, Asian look receptionist wasn't smiling, speak like a commander. First impression is important in hotel. But for check out, another Asian look receptionist with Bob hair was nice, smiling and speak with manner.
