The breakfast was good. It could have been better. There weren't enough fruits. No bananas, cantaloupe, grapes, etc. Room was adequate for my needs. Location was too far away from where I did most of my visit in North bay.

There was no elevator in the building, so we had to use the stairs. The room was too stuffy, The air conditioner was not on and we did not know really how to use it. Fitness room entry was not accessible with the room key. I had to call the reception to pen the fitness room for me. The fitness room could have use more weights, options.

Breakfast met expectations. All customers are different, so I understand you have to cater to all. Grade A

TV selection was limited. We stayed in Huntsville the night before and much more expansive channels. No Fox News in North Bay. You may or may not like FOX, that is not the issue. It would be better if you subscribe. After all Fox is overwhelming the number one choice in Cable News. Kudos to Clark. Sorry I had to call him after we got to our room. TV stuck on one channel. Clark fixed it, appreciate it.

Warm, friendly greeting at check-in. Nice hot breakfast with many options. Laundry for guests if needed. Comfortable beds.

No elevator which I don't remember seeing in the description. The room was clean.....but we noticed a sour smell in the bathroom. It was the shower curtain when it was wet. I'm sure they would have gladly replaced it.

Nice staff, breakfast is complimentary and there’s lots of selection. Free parking is a plus. Everything was clean.

The hotel is dated, everything works but not perfectly. Air conditioning kept us cool but rattled, we put some pillows up against it to stop the noise. Mattress is old and sinks in the middle. But we slept well anyways, no dealbreakers.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

It would have been nice to have a screen door to let the fresh air in but understand it would not be practical.

An easy-to-find hotel with a friendly-yet-professional vibe. Clean and well-presented. Our room was large and comfy, with a spotless bathroom. We slept very well. Excellent (buffet) breakfast with good choice of foods. Would not hesitate to return to the Comfort Inn Lakeshore in North Bay!

Pet friendly and very friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of options. I was surprised to see they had a highchair for my daughter to use. Great value for the money.

Not very sound proof. One of the guests in particular was quite loud however the situation was within 20 minutes.

Price and ground floor room. The staff were great! The room was clean and simple. We were stopping for the night and did not require anything more.

The smell odd the room when entering. It smells like a smoking room from yester year covered up with cleaning sprays.
