Love the cleaning staff, the morning lady was absolutely wonderful and always made sure I had everything I needed! The jacuzzi was really clean, the removable head piece was a great add! Loved the jets!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and always woke up sore. Pillows were uncomfortable too although tried all but one. One was super lumpy where you had it plumped up comfortable then a minute later you sunk and some parts were hard it hurt, one was so hard it suctioned to my partners ear when he removed his head. The other one was crinkly like it had a plastic on the inside. The jacuzzi was a little small for two people but was still very comfortable regardless once situated in a comfy position.

Coffee maker in room. Larger Bar Fridge kept evrything cold. Large room with two arm chairs for seating. Good size bathroom nice tile very clean and inviting.Timer in bathroom for fan was great loved that it didn't run continually . Ice machine in separate room Self serve. Comfortable beds. Access to beach across road to the left of food truck and stores on vacant lot.Food truck (Field of Dreams)across the street had amazing service and pricing excellent fish and chips, poutine. Quiet .Motel was great Value and Clean met our expectations.

Very dark at night on the property No outside lights on the night we stayed there. Found this is really a safety issue for guests and vehicles that may be a easy target . Plastic patio chairs at front of rooms are not in the best shape and not very many of them. One picnic table in middle of grass area in the middle of parking lot No umbrella for shade. Carpet in room covered up poor subfloor soft in spots.Gentlemen staff member on check in was not very friendly and did a poor job of welcoming me to the property . Went down to find out where the ice machine was you have to call a #. TV is way too small for the size of the room and how far the beds are from it. These aren't deal breakers to stay again just ways to improve the property.

Breakfast? I am not aware of any breakfast inclusion. The location is good. The bathroom exceeded my expectations and the entire room is well-lighted.

The carpet has some stains that showcase that it is old and needs to be changed. The comforter has two large stains that are clearly visible. This needs to be changed. The two chairs outside should be better kept inside the room because of the weather that is affecting them. They look old and fade.

The room was larger than expected and included a fridge with freezer compartment. We could renew our freezer packs for the cooler which was great. Also the bathroom looked like new and was very clean. I would be delighted to stay here whenever we return to North Bay.

Absolutely everything was wonderful. I have no complaints at all.

We stayed here in 2017, what we really liked then is it's local and we can park our motorcycle right in front of our door. Now in 2022 the rooms have been renovated everything is really nice, and we can still Park our motorcycle in front of our door. Although they don't serve breakfast because of covid-19 no problem, they suggested breakfast at Terry's which is a quick walk up the street. Which is coincidentally directly across from the LCBO😇

There was nothing to complain about.

No hassle need to update pictures and since the breakfast is no longer. Dogs should be allowed since they have one.

Quite place, enjoy the spa, in the pictures they have a tub and shower. Now you have a Spe tub, on the bathroom an awesome shower.

They always answer immediately when I have an issue with the room ... let it be heat in the winter, or if I need something like tissues or toilet paper etc... or fixing the TV.

Love the rooms ..and having your vehicle at your door ..nice and close to the beach and the place is unbelievable clean..are go to place to stay in North bay!

I have been here a few times and enjoyed all of my stays.

I kept ringing the doorbell and didn't realize that they opened up a window to check us in. Maybe a sign saying ring the doorbell and wait by the window to the left. (I waited for the door to open).

The staff was amazing and the room is one of the best we’ve stayed in. We stay in hotels at least 5 times a month for work and I would go here even if it was a trip for leisure not work.
