The location, the lovely entrance and reception area, the lovely warm welcome, very quick, courteous check in and the cleanliness and freshness walking to our room. The joy of actually stepping in our room was unbelievable, we could not have been more pleased, lovely and roomy, more than anything we expected for the price. A really lovely presented breakfast area and breakfast was more than enough with plenty of choice, no rush and replenished regularly by the excellent servers an overall fantastic experience, wished we could have stayed longer

The pool was still closed for maintenance but... that's ok really

friendly staff - amazing breakfast - gym had a great range of free weights and bench and 3 cardio options sadly pool was closed this time but it is amazing from previous experiences there the staff is truly what makes it exceptional

Immaculately clean, friendliest staff ever, really good breakfast and overall a great stay in Sturgeon Falls.. One of the best stays I've had in any region and I just have to say again, so very clean. Very comfortable at your hotel. Thank you.

The greeting from the young man who was on night duty as we arrived around midnight, he was excellent at telling us all that was available .

All was good, next time i as a senior will book into a main floor if possible.

Staff were friendly, place was clean and felt well cared for. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great and easily accommodated my gluten-free diet. Dining area is bright, comfy and appealing with all the natural light and the nature next store.

The breakfast was very good but it was busy so had to wait for food to be brought out and coffee to be brought out as well. The conference room was opened so we could go there to eat, which was very nice, as no risk and relaxed atmosphere to have breakfast.

In the room there was coffee and some sweetener but no plastic spoons or powdered "milk" to use. We were going to pick up milk before we came back to the room as had noticed there was no packets of powdered "milk" but had been a long day and didn't remember until we got back to the room. So, we didn't have any coffee in the room, but went to the breakfast instead. Coffee before going downstairs would have been nice but just can't drink it black.

I enjoyed how clean the room was and the breakfast was very delicious with all of the different options. I especially liked that they gave you real dinner ware and not plastic forks, spoons and knives.

Convenient to access snowmobile trails

Unfortunately parking was crowded due the amount of vehicles and trailers but that’s to be expected and unfortunately the pool was not open due to backordered parts again out of the hotels control.

It was a nice stop for our trip to Ottawa

The reason I booked this hotel was for the pool with my grandchildren. However, upon arrival they told me theool was not working. Very disappointing
