The breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and cereal. The lady preparing breakfast was very nice and helpful. I had a few questions about ingredients because my daughter has a nut allergy. She was great and went out of her way and got the package for me to read over. Very thoughy. Thank you!

Wish we could have stayed longer and used the pool and hot tub. We were just passing through on our way to Argyle Lake Lodge by Matchewan.

Very accommodating, pleasant and helpful, breakfast in Am was great polite kitchen staff who were dillagent in making sure things were tidy and cleaned up well

Was a little dated ad no elevator.. I was on second floor , have a difficult time walking .. but an attendant at service did take my bags and placed them in my room for me ..I was greatfull...also no adapter or USB ports in the room I stayed ..outlets only so you will need a box charger while you travel

The staff was awesome and very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were all very nice. They have a nice truck parking. We will book there again for sure.

The only thing is the exterior that needs some tender loving care. Grass wasn't cut and parts of the exterior building need repair.

Very clean excellent service and lots of choices to choose from and taste fresh.

The lack of update is unfortunate the cleaning is so well done but they can only do so much when it’s so old example bathroom grout, rugs,….

The apples we're very old and shrivelled up. They seem to be the same ones as the day before. The soft cookies were not soft.. The coffee and tea was very good. The yogurt was very good.

I had to unplug things in the room to use our devices and to charge them. All the outlets were used by the lights and tv and fridge. There were no extra plugs for us to use.

Great staff who moved us to main floor room. Great parking for larger vehicles with easy access to highway. Nice surprise was brewery and restaurants within 10 minute walk.

Outside not picturesque hence great parking.

It is the best location to get to the snowmobile trails. literally right out of the parking lot more or less.

it said complimentary breakfast. Not even close. I could have packed my own muffins, cookies and orange juice.

-Onsite laundry facilities! ($2.50 wash/$2.50 dry) with $2.50 laundry pods sold at the front counter. -Microwave and fridge in the room. -Good showers but the hot water took some time to fire up. -Balcony doors to the outside on all first floor rooms.

-No elevator to second-floor rooms. Only stairs. -Indoor pool was open but the hot tub was closed due to COVID? Don't know why hot chlorinated water would be any less safe than cold?

The pool and hot tub have full steps and rails easy for someone with mobility issues older hotel but clean and friendly staff!

Great Stay. We will stay there again in the future. Breakfast was good s well.

Unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission.
