Great breakfast, lots of choices, staff very helpful from the kitchen. Nice to know I can get stuff that I may have forgotten from home (ex. toothbrush, razor), and at no cost. Maybe a few more parking spots for physically challenged ?

Still don't know if after my FIRST stay I've earned points on my membership no. (?????). Should have a RUBBER MAT in the bathtub as without one is very challenging, especially for a physically challenged person.

The staff was always very helpful. They gave us a larger room when we realized our room was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children. Our new room we noticed that the door wasn't locking when we left the room. I brought this to their attention and the maintenance guy immediately came to the room to assist. The breakfast was amazing with many choices for us all. The pool hours were great. Absolutely loved this place, would stay again for sure.

Property was clean, room was fairly large with a nice pull-out couch so that our family of 5 (3 adult children) could sleep comfortably. The breakfast had a good variety of food choices. It was nice that coffee and tea were available all day.

The hotel was quite busy at breakfast time so the warm food (bacon, omelet, eggs, sausages) kept running out. The staff was working as hard as they could but couldn’t keep up with the demand 

Access to the property was easy as it was right off the highway. The pool hours were long which was great. For once, the room was large enough to accommodate our family of 6, this is always a problem for us when travelling and it was nice to be able to be together in one room and still not feel cramped!

The kids were disappointed that the breakfast didn’t include a waffle maker. The pancake were good, but there wasn’t enough batter for everyone to get pancakes and it wasn’t refilled.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and varied, and the pool hours were realistic. Also, Natacha at the front desk was incredibly helpful in helping return an item I had left behind.

Upon arrival we waited an unnecessary amount of time for someone to attend at the front desk and help us, and there was a couple there before us that hadn't been attended to yet. There was literally no one at the front desk.

Beds are comfortable with 4 pillows. Decent sized room for a single person. Rooms are dark when shades are down which is great if you sleep in or nap

Not as clean as you wanted it to be the cleaning service wasn’t great Ran out of coffee a lot and breakfast food

TV’s are setup so you can’t screen mirror from a phone and there is no app for streaming movies etc. Would be nice to be able to sign into Netflix without bringing a streaming device. Many hotels are doing this now. Seems that this hotel does this on purpose and charges $24.99 to rent movies. Pretty ridiculous.

very new and clean. The rooms had everything you might need and were beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and to top it off there was free coffee and tea constantly available

I t is perfect for a quick in and out of North Bay but if you want to check out the shore or local malls and trails you have a drive to get there.

Breakfast was great, location is good, convenience store next door, restaurants within walking distance. Overall great stay.

Check out was at noon, got woken up by the housekeeping staff vacuuming outside my room door at 9am which was very unpleasant.

Close to relatives. Easy to get to. Hot water was excellent

Nothing the hotel could do but, there were a lot of children there for a soccer tournament. The pool was full every time we wanted to use it.
